- CCC Corruthers3 days ago5.0This place is located at Menlo Dr and before the car wash, on Reisterstown Rd 21215. The people their are excellent. The service is exemplary. I am sharing the exact location of this Enterprise so that you know the one I talking about. The only thing is, it is difficult to reach them by phone. I received a call from someone named Fisher. I wanted to return his call, but know would answer the phone. My account has been closed. I haven't received my $100 deposit yet. Regardless, the customer service is what I appreciated.

I did have to wait a bit to pick up my car, but they were extremely apologetic and even gave me a bit of a discount for the trouble. And to re-iterate the employees are really nice! Would definitely rent from them again
- MSMackenzie SchaumApr 20, 20262.0Insurance made an appointment for me at 1pm. Enterprise called to confirm they would pick me up from the body shop. I dropped my car off at the body shop at 1:00pm and waited until 1:15, at which point the body shop offered to take me to the Enterprise. When I arrived at Enterprise, I wasted 35 mins of my life waiting for the singular employee to be done helping another customer. When I was finally helped, the employee wanted to check everyone in all at once and deal with another customerās complicated problem instead of helping me by just getting me the car that was reserved for me. After all that, the car they gave me smells awful and is not comparable to my vehicle at all. Nothing about this situation was positive.
