  I made a reservation online, received a confirmation number, and expected the vehicle to be available when I arrived. Instead, I was told there were no cars available for me. To make matters worse, the price I was quoted online was nowhere close to the price I was given at the counter—it was significantly higher. What’s the point of making a reservation if the company isn’t going to honor it? I wasted my time driving there, only to leave without a car despite having a confirmed reservation. This was extremely frustrating, misleading, and a complete waste of my time. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

  My car rental experience had challenges that went beyond the staff’s control. I actually reserved a vehicle for pickup on 6/17/26. When I arrived, there were no vehicles available. I returned the next day and was promised that we would get a vehicle. So we patiently waited from 7:30 am until 1:00pm. Although they inundated with phone calls and disgruntled customers Marcus and Dominique remained calm, professional and they even smiled. Dominique kept us updated and notified us the moment a vehicle became available. The district manager, Ebony, just happened to be on site. When she realized we were waiting for almost 24 hours, she cleaned the newly returned vehicle herself and got us on the road. I appreciate the care that the entire team showed to me both days. We received 5-star treatment from the team at Pimlico!

  I have no complaints because they always have a vehicle ready for rental verses the other locations.

  I’ve been trying to contact this location since the week before last when I went back to exchange my SUV after being given a car with a tire slow leak. I spoke with a young lady named Dominique and was told I would be contacted that following Monday after 3pm about a replacement car, I never received a call nor follow up, no one is answering the phones and I have been sitting with a car I cannot drive. I’m supposed to return my car this afternoon and my car isn’t done being repaired yet. If someone could give me a call back that would be greatly appreciated.

  This place is located at Menlo Dr and before the car wash, on Reisterstown Rd 21215. The people their are excellent. The service is exemplary. I am sharing the exact location of this Enterprise so that you know the one I talking about. The only thing is, it is difficult to reach them by phone. I received a call from someone named Fisher. I wanted to return his call, but know would answer the phone. My account has been closed. I haven't received my $100 deposit yet. Regardless, the customer service is what I appreciated.
