  I would give zero stars if that were an option. I rented a replacement car through my insurance after an accident and was given a Nissan Sentra instead of a comparable replacement for my Toyota Camry. My insurance specifically told me I should receive a like-for-like vehicle. When I questioned this, I was told there were no other cars available and to check back later. The Sentra was also extremely laggy when accelerating from a stop, requiring much more throttle than expected, which felt unsafe. I called several times, but was told they had no cars and that I should bring it in for them to check. I work 8–5, while they close after 5, so I have no practical way to bring it in and wait for an inspection. I also contacted customer service, who told me they could see vehicles available at this location. This feels dishonest and like customers using insurance rentals are simply being treated differently. Very disappointing experience.

  I have been using Enterprise for 25 years, I love the service and the friendly cordial approach that the agents take and if I had any situations the agents 95% of the time made it right.

  I would like to commend Tyler Christiansen, the Branch Manager at your Caton Avenue location in Baltimore. He is a definite asset to Enterprise. My personal vehicle had to be 'in the shop' for several weeks (it's 21 years old, and some parts are hard to find), so it was necessary for me to rent several vehicles during that time. Each time I needed a vehicle, I was quite happy dealing with Mr. Christiansen. In one of those times, he went above and beyond to ensure that his location had an available vehicle for me. While being extremely efficient as a representative of Enterprise, he is also friendly, personable, and quite willing to answer questions and explain all the details about renting a vehicle.

  I only rented from here because it was close. If i had to opportunity to pick another location i would have. I called in advance about what was required of me to get the car. I get here, and i've been here for a hour. Said the car is comming from glen burnie. Then they tried to sweet talk and say "the car will come clean" like its not supposed to ALREADY be clean! Just terrible service.
