  This place is amazing. I've used them several times for car repairs. If you have GEICO, they offer the the GEICO Express service where you can also pick up your rental from Enterprise when you drop off your car for collision repair. They just did an amazing job on my 2016 Toyota Camry. It was my baby and I was devastated when someone hit me. When Bob's called and said it was repairable I was happy beyond belief. I got it back yesterday and it is perfect and even the interior looked beautiful. I would highly recommend Bob's and they updated me every step of the way and took all the worry out of the process.

  Bought a new car at another place, but the battery didn't even make it through the first night. Bob's went above and beyond—they let one of their employees drive up the street to give me a jump so I wasn't stranded. They didn't try to upsell me or leave me hanging. After the technician confirmed the battery was bad, I went to Advance Auto Parts. Turns out they don't install every type of battery, and I was almost left stranded in their parking lot. I went back to Bob's, and they had a new battery ordered, installed, and me back on the road in about 45 minutes—including the time it took to get the battery. That's the kind of customer service that's hard to find these days. They've earned a customer for life.

  I've had body repairs previously done and I always get my vehicles serviced at Bob's. The staff is friendly, they always get my vehicle back to me in a timely manner and it is always Waaaaaay cleaner than when I took it there. Highly recommend Paul Jr. and his team.

  I had accompanied my father during his two day recent interaction/transaction of his vehicle purchase. I can say that working with Paul and acting as an interpreter for my father behalf was nothing but a pleasant experience. Paul was very transparent and honest upfront disclosing all and answering anys question formally. There was a minor altercation with one the express tag and title places however this was rectified by going to another agency ( this had nothing to do with the current title status or paper work, i left a review on that terrible experience). Paul took time out his schedule and was extremely patience and provided us a lift to another tag and title location inorder to close out and finalize the final step of the transaction. I can say that without a doubt, I would definitely recommend Paul to friends and family for any future car sale.
