    When I needed a bulb for my brake light, I gave them registration card and they gave me the bulb I needed for my vehicle. Prompt and courteous service every time I need something minor for my vehicle.

    I want to say thank you to Corey for helping me with my windshield wiper purchase. His customer service was excellent. He made suggestions and was very helpful .Also he was able to installed the wipers for me. I was surprised that the wipers I had lasted this long but it was time to get new ones! I definitely can see the difference and I’m grateful for the help! Keep up the good job

    I had brought an car battery from Auto Zone on pulaski highway, which i also needed it put in my car, the Spanish guy was really rude i think his name was Luis, or Louis , i’m spending my money as a customer and here he is telling me they too busy to put my battery in my car for me, he was already being smart and acting like i was irritating him, by asking him to scan my car for me, i end up leaving and had to come to belair rd location, the young colored guy was so nice and respectful.. we need more like him.

    Visited for a "check engine light" scan: 1. I waited 10 minutes for an associate to come to the front counter as the only associate visible was waiting on another customer. 2. The associate first had a conversation with the customer that was already being helped before.She acknowledged me. 3. When asked about the check engine light service, she asked the other associate about the machine being broke. He then said it was stolen. She was shocked and questioned him about it being stolen or broken. He confirmed it was stolen. 4. The associate never provided any alternative. The staff are unprofessional, inattentive, and uninformed. I'm very disappointed and will find another store in the future for service.
