  Excellent customer service at this Arbutus location. We reserved the truck on Sunday night and picked up our 16ft truck Monday morning. Nathan was wonderful to work with and ensured everything went smoothly. The truck was new and spotless. The late drop-off option is a huge convenience. We will definitely rent from here again!

  The young men working in the office were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend coming to this location to rent a truck and will do so in the future for my company or if I need to move something.
