  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience from start to finish! The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and took their time explaining everything. My Escalade required a specific type of oil, and they made sure I understood what was needed and why. They patiently answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. I really appreciated their professionalism, honesty, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

  They are very expensive. I went to them one day to change the oil etc. of my car, but when I got the cabin filter changed, they charged me 60 dollars for it, which is 15 or maximum 20 dollars outside, and the price of everything they sell for is 30-40 dollars more than outside.

  I have come here twice now, and the men working here are very kind and respectful in the way they explain their services! My most recent experience was with Shane and David and they were both straightforward throughout the entire process and very helpful. Definitely recommend for both the service and convenience, they got me in and out very quickly!!

  I have been a Valvoline customer for as long as I have been driving (34 years old for reference). When I arrived today for my conventional oil change, the employee did none of the usual brake, turn signal, headlight, etc checks that normally get done. He then took down my mileage and proceeded to scold me for going 2,000 miles over what is recommended on the sticker. When I tried to tell him that a Valvoline employee literally told me I can go 3,000 over, he began talking over me in an abrasive way. He tried multiple times to convince me that I need to get Synthetic oil. I said no, I would be getting Conventional as I have for the past 18 years. He told me that with the coupon, Synthetic would be almost the same as Conventional (not true- still $20 more). At this point, I was getting frustrated and explained that I am a teacher and just had a baby and simply cannot afford the extra cost every oil change. Furthermore, he continued belittling me by saying the oil is “sludgy” because I am way overdo for an oil change, and that it would be nearly impossible to remove. It was a miserable experience, especially considering this was my big “outing” for the day after caring for a crying newborn all day. Valvoline just lost a long-time customer.

  I came to this location today to get an oil change. Left with a missing skid plate. The tech put a note on the receipt saying “loose or damaged skid plate.” Didn’t mention a word of it to me the whole time I was there. I’m sure they just made the note to cover their ass and say that it must’ve come off while I was driving. As they’re finishing up the oil change I hear what I assume is the manager asking the bottom tech if he’s done with the skid plate. The tech yells back that he told me to take it off. The manager responds back to him “You don’t have to tell that to up here. You don’t know how to be damn sneaky.” They conclude as if nothing is wrong and i pull into a parking lot a block away. Guess what? The skid plate is fully gone. Loose my ass. Won’t be returning to this location and Valvoline’s customer service will decide if they lost a family of customers for life.
