  I continually choose to have my oil changed at the Annapolis, MD Valvoline located on West Street because the customer service is unparalleled. The guys at this shop are knowledgeable, humorous, and hold great conversation while my car is being serviced.

  Those guys were very helpful, considerate and professional. I was told that their names would be on the receipt on the email but I have yet to receive it. But the guy with the Sasquatch tattoo on his arm was especially exceptional. Thank you for everything.

  What a professional job this team did. Shane was very fun and pleasant. Josh the manager was on point checking to make sure all was good before I left. Great overall experience.

  The staff members that performs the maintenance on my car are always friendly, quick and informative. They explain everything that they are doing, everything that they check and they don’t pressure you to purchase extra. They point out what is needed and if you don’t want to get it done at that time, they will give you a printout and you don’t feel obligated. All around Valvoline of Annapolis is a good place to get your oil changed.

  Quentin was super helpful in explaining everything my vehicle needed. Explained what my car was lacking in detail and I didn’t feel pressured or ever felt like he was just trying to sell me something my car didn’t need. I appreciate the help and transparency! It was a quickkkkk service, I was here no more than 10-15min max. Damon helped with guiding me in what I needed to do in such a gentle way as well, he fixed my wipers, thank you Damon! Definitely will be back here for future vehicle maintenance for sure!
