  First class service! From the moment you walk in to the time your called to let you know your vehicle is ready. The Cafe has mostly everything you could want for your brief wait, from a latte to a croissant, then off to the massage chairs, or a comfortable lounge area or even work stations for laptops and plug-ins. This is how high-end service centers should be. GREAT Job, Lexus of Annapolis !

  Service advisor was called on three separate occasions and never returned any of my inquiries. Promises to reach back out but does not. Took my business to another dealer.

  Service agent was called or texted on three different occasions and never returned my inquiries. I had oil change and cabin air filters charges at 40,000. Total 560. Overpriced and small charges like electronic paper and shop charges that were crazy that I had to pay for the bill papers and for their use of their tools. Small amounts but what the heck. Have had 3 different Lexus and this Lexus 3023 is set up with a three year trial for my GPS system. Not clear on the benefits so decided not to pay for. Now my cell connection gets disabled when I start the car. Have to reconnect every time to use Google Maps! It happens every time I restart my car. Very annoying. I don’t understand why it is set up like this when you decide not to continue the pricy app to for something I did not see the benefits of having. The GPS system should still work every time without reconnecting my cell. Another way to charge you for something you don’t want.
