  My family has been loyal to Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis for years, largely thanks to Joe P in the service department, who has always taken great care of my mother, VL, and her vehicle. So it pains me to write this review about our recent sales experience. My mother, a longtime Lexus Financial and Toyota Financial customer, decided to purchase a new vehicle and naturally asked Joe for a recommendation. He pointed us to Ryan Wiggins, who came highly regarded. Unfortunately Ryan wasn't available, so sales manager Giles stepped in — and that's where things fell apart. We had a simple, straightforward request: a trade-in plus a specific vehicle my mother wanted, from a customer with an established financial relationship with Lexus. Giles sent over numbers we didn't agree to, then never followed up. We had to call him. When we finally connected, there had been no real attempt to negotiate — no check-in with the finance manager, no alternative numbers, nothing. When I pushed back, he repeatedly interrupted me while I was explaining our concerns. The low point: when we didn't move forward over a difference of $143, Giles told us flatly that the dealership was fine walking away from the deal. Then he suggested my mother's son (me) should help with her down payment — a bizarre and frankly inappropriate comment, especially since she qualified for a zero-down option and money was never the issue. We reached out to another manager, Jason, and left a voicemail that was never returned. My mother ultimately bought her car at a different Lexus dealership that day — one that gave her a better trade-in offer and treated her like the loyal, long-term customer she is. It's disappointing that after years of loyalty (and no shortage of Lexus keychains, hats, and mugs along the way), she wasn't extended the same respect when it mattered most. Ask for Joe in service — he's wonderful. Just be cautious in sales.

  My car buying experience with Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis has been outstanding. George Queen was wonderful, always available and a pleasure to deal with. I was nervous about buying a car sight unseen for the first time. George was my eyes on the car. He was honest, truthful and accurate in his assessment of the used ES300h model. George is such a great asset to Lexus of Annapolis. He was able to also coordinate the delivery of the car for us. Best Regards from A Happy Customer.

  We had been searching for the right vehicle for our family and had gone dealership to dealership, speaking with several different people, so we were starting to get frustrated with the process. That all changed when we came across Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis and, especially, Bradley Sowers. From the very first interaction, Bradley was transparent, professional, and extremely helpful. He responded quickly, provided all the information we needed, and made the process easy from the start. We scheduled an appointment to see two vehicles we were interested in, and when we arrived, everything went smoothly and exactly as promised. Bradley went above and beyond when it came to professionalism, communication, and customer service. He made what can normally be a stressful car-buying experience feel comfortable and straightforward. Most importantly, my wife, my kids, and I are extremely happy with our vehicle and the experience we had. I truly appreciate Bradley for taking the time to understand what our family needed and for making sure we found the right vehicle. I would highly recommend Bradley Sowers and Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis to anyone looking for a great vehicle and an honest, professional buying experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I had such a great experience at Lexus of Annapolis! Brian and Nick were both amazing—friendly, helpful, patient, and just genuinely nice people. They answered all my questions, made everything feel easy, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Car shopping can sometimes be stressful, but they actually made the whole experience enjoyable.
