The manager treated us like I do not know about a fair trade in, he told me because the car fax did not show up any of my oil changes that it lower my car’s value. That is BS a lot of dealers are not reporting oil changes because it violates HIPPA law and oil changes records can easily be obtained by calling the dealer, also told me my car was leaking which is BS again. Do no judge the book by its cover just because I pretend not to know doesn’t mean I do not know where I am standing. Very disappointed of the treatment I received from this dealer.

I purchased my 2026 Lexus from Paul Sutusky a few days ago. I've been a loyal customer of Mercedes-Benz for years, but with a few changes in their staff over the past few years, the customer service at their Tysons Corner location went downhill. What started out as a me going to Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis website to explore features for different Lexus models, resulted in Paul reaching out to me about a particular vehicle. Spoke with Paul, the car I wanted was in stock and I did everything over the phone.
