I had a great experience working with Joe Poecosh, my service manager. I came in for my routine 10,000 mile maintenance and to have my A/C checked since it was blowing hot air. The loaner car was ready as soon as I arrived, which made everything very convenient.
What really stood out was Joe’s communication. Before I even reached the Pentagon parking lot, he was already calling to explain the issue. It turned out to be a failed condenser, which was more expensive than I expected and not covered under warranty because it was damaged by road debris. Joe took the time to clearly explain what happened and why it was not covered.
To give me peace of mind, he saved the damaged part and showed it to me when I picked up my car. That level of transparency meant a lot and reassured me that the repair was truly necessary. I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism and am grateful for the excellent service he provided.

I recently purchased a new Lexus, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. My salesman, Timothy Murrell was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure I found the right vehicle. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained every feature clearly, and never made me feel pressured during the process.
The entire transaction was smooth, transparent, and enjoyable. His customer service and attention to detail truly made this one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. I love my new Lexus and would recommend both the dealership and this salesman to anyone looking for exceptional service and a luxury vehicle experience.

I live in Harford County and was in Cambridge for a meeting. I woke up Tuesday morning to head home and realized that my left rear tire was at 14 lbs of air! Stopped at the first opportunity to put air in my tire and began heading home. By the time I got to Easton (15 miles), the pressure began dropping again and I realized that I was in an emergency situation.
I knew that Sheehy Lexus was on my route home, so I called to see if I could stop in for a repair. I had just purchased 4 new Michelin tires at Lexus of Towson 3 months ago, where I purchased my car. When I called Sheehy, I was connected to Dave (did not get his last name), who was very accommodating and got me scheduled to stop in on my way home. There I was handed over to Joe Pecosh, who was similarly accommodating. Even though this was my initial experience with Sheehy (due to my living in Harford County), I was treated like a long-time customer! Within one hour, my problem was diagnosed and repaired, and my car was returned to me washed and vacuumed!
I was very pleased with the service. It left a very positive impression of Sheehy in my mind!

I had an exceptional experience at this dealership from start to finish. My salesman Paul Sutusky truly had the patience of Job—he took the time to bring out every vehicle I was interested in and never made me feel rushed or pressured. It honestly wasn’t easy for me because I liked so many of the options, but he stayed patient, attentive, and focused on helping me make the right decision. He made sure I was completely satisfied with my final choice, and that meant a lot.
The finance manager Brian Laing was equally impressive. He worked diligently and somehow made magic happen by getting me approved for the vehicle I felt most passionate about. I was genuinely impressed with the payment options, and he took the time to clearly explain the financing in a way that was easy to understand. He made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and ensured I was comfortable and confident every step of the way.
The level of professionalism, patience, and dedication shown by both individuals was outstanding. The dealership should truly commend these employees for their hard work, dedication and exceptional service. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a positive and rewarding car-buying experience.

I genuinely thought I was an Acura girl, until life had other plans. After dealing with some car issues, I started asking around. Friends and a few trusted professional connections all pointed me in one direction: Lexus. I decided to check it out, and I’m so glad I did. From the start, my sales rep, Paul, absolutely understood the assignment - find me something I would truly love, not just something to sell. He nailed it. I purchased my certified pre-owned Lexus SUV back in August, and I’ve been beyond impressed ever since. The CPO program isn’t just good; it’s been recognized by J.D. Power as the best in the business. That level of confidence and quality really shows. And the experience didn’t stop after the sale. The service team has been top notch across the board. Special shoutout to Ralph, who goes above and beyond, but I'm confident they all do, as I think it's simply part of the culture. For example: the video inspections and email updates are game changers, demonstrating total transparency for the first time in my entire adult life. Even the little things stand out, like the service café with refreshments while you wait. It just feels thoughtful. Without hesitation, I can say I’m so happy with this entire experience, and if you’re even remotely considering making a switch, it’s worth taking a look at Lexus. I didn’t expect to become a Lexus person, but unless something crazy happens, I think they've got me for life!
