  Outstanding Service and Exceptional Craftsmanship! I can’t say enough good things about Andrew and his team at Severn Auto Body! My vehicle arrived from an out-of-state dealership with unacceptable paintwork and several cosmetic issues. While coordinating repairs with a dealership across the country was challenging, Andrew made the entire process significantly easier. He was professional, patient, transparent, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. What impressed me most was the exceptional quality of the work. The paintwork and attention to detail were outstanding, and the results exceeded my expectations.   I moved from Colorado to Maryland this summer and had my 2018 Tesla Model S transported. It showed up damaged. Then, two hours before I was finally scheduled to drop it off for that repair, a driver crossed out of the left lane into me on the interstate. So I arrived at Severn Auto Body with one car, two completely unrelated insurance claims, two different insurance companies, and a transport carrier that had spent two months insisting it hadn't done anything wrong. Tiffanie Schiazzi untangled every bit of it. Start with what matters most: the repair is flawless. The car is three-stage pearl white, which is about as unforgiving a finish as there is, and the work spanned a replaced front bumper cover, a rocker molding, an aluminum fender repair, and blends into the hood and the driver's door. I cannot find where any of it was done. Paint match is dead on, the gaps are right, and nothing sits proud or rattles. The reason I'm writing a long review is everything that happened around the repair. Two claims on one car at the same time is a mess waiting to happen, and the damage from the two events was inches apart on the same side of the vehicle. If those had been blended together in the paperwork, I would have lost my claim against the transport carrier entirely. Tiffanie understood that immediately, without my having to explain it twice. She documented the two events as separate matters, estimated them separately, and billed them separately, and that discipline is the single reason my claim against the carrier survived. She also dealt directly with both insurers so I didn't have to play middleman. One carrier's insurer opened with a valuation of roughly $1,500 based on photos taken in my driveway. Tiffanie's documentation of the actual repair scope, the parts, the three-stage paint work, and the Tesla-specific procedures, moved that number to more than double. That was her work, not mine. And she communicated. Every question I sent got answered, usually the same day. When I told her I needed something in writing for a legal claim, she gave me exactly what I asked for without hedging. After two months of being told by other people that my documented damage didn't exist, having someone treat my situation as legitimate and deal with me like an adult was worth as much as the repair.
