  We paid for a slip back in Spring 2026 and have NEVER used Safe Harbor EVER!!! For the 1st time this evening, I arrived via car to simply use a parking space. We have paid over $5,000.00 to Safe Harbor and I couldn't simply park!!! The simplest thing, and I couldn't even arrive and park! The code given to us didn't work! I, female, arrived alone and in the dark, trying to meet my husband. I've had a very long day of going from Annapolis to DC for the day, and didn't deserve to be locked out of the place we've paid over $5k to!!! I was locked out. Did anyone answer the call from the code box? No! It hung up on me! As I was using their caution tape and cones to leave my car 'safely' parked in front of the non-working gate, I saw a person walking and asked them if they knew anything about this deplorable place. I was told by this person that they hear awful things about Safe Harbor Eastport Yacht Center. Nothing good. Add us to that list! This person very surprisingly knew the code, trusted me and gave it to me! Thank goodness for this very kind stranger, who very obviously knows way more than staff at this awful place. Is there even a manager??? Paying people are given the wrong code yet people on the street know the code. That sounds SO safe, doesn't it? Would you want your valuables here? I wouldn't advise it at all. Unless you're into a one-time parking spot for over $5k! Without looking, we paid less than $10k, but more than $5k. Now that's super-expensive CAR parking!!! Yacht Center? Hmmm....car parking IF you're so lucky to happen upon someone out on the public street who just happens to know the correct code!!! Anyone looking to park there, please let me know so that I can share the code with you so that we get something out of what we paid. The least I can do is help someone else find CAR parking! If you wanna give me some $, I'd be happy about that too. I look forward to hearing from you, as well as any staff member who has any tiny clue about what is wrong with this deplorable place. I highly don't recommend this awful place. The total opposite of welcoming! They lock paid 'members' out!!!! Run the opposite way!!!

  Very well managed marina. Scott and team go above and beyond to accommodate both slip holders and transient guests. Marina provides several docking options, including fixed pier and floating docks. Full amenities available for those wishing a little extra TLC! Best of all, you’ll be close to all that Eastport and downtown Annapolis has to offer.

  I needed a last-minute place to launch my sailboat from its storage trailer. They were helpful, responsive, and Scott (the yard manager I believe), went above and beyond. Will be back!

  We are so excited that Safe Harbor has purchased Eastport Marina in Annapolis. The Marina has so much potential. Great location and room to improve. No doubt that Safe Harbor and the Marina Manager, Scott, will do an amazing job. Thank you for your great service.
