We had just picked up a rental car which was given to us with a nail in the tire. With a packed schedule and a long drive ahead, we were in a bit of a panic especially after getting no help from the rental company. My husband called 5 other tire companies who could not help for various reason, but Erick at NTB was more than willing to help us in a pinch. Erick was incredibly kind and genuinely willing to assist. He immediately understood the urgency of our situation and took care of us right away. His professionalism and efficiency made all the difference. It’s rare these days to encounter someone who goes above and beyond. Thanks to Erick, we were able to continue on with our packed travel itinerary. His customer service was truly exceptional, and he made a stressful moment feel completely manageable.
