  I had a wonderful experience with DaTonice at NBT, the Defense Hwy Location. She was exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive throughout my experience. It was very clear that she genuinely cared about the safety and well-being of her clients, which made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. DaTonice was also extremely knowledgeable and handled multiple responsibilities with ease. Her ability to multitask while still providing excellent customer service was truly impressive. She is a great asset to NBT, and her kindness, professionalism, and dedication definitely deserve recognition. Thank you, DaTonice, for making my experience such a positive one!

  Exceptional five-star service! I arrived on Saturday at 8:10 am without an appointment and with a doughnut on my faulty tire. I left an hour later with a fully resolved issue. Terrell greeted me at the door very warmly and performed the work very thoroughly. Service Manager Josh was very professional, efficient, respectful, courteous, helpful, and communicative. The price for the repair was both reasonable and fair, so I'm beyond grateful. I very highly recommend this business and these team members.

  I had a flat down the street and no spare, so I called to see if they could fit me in. They were very accommodating even though the tow truck didn’t get me there until their busy time. They tried to save my tire, but it was a losing battle. When it became clear I had to buy a new one, there were several affordable options for my vehicle. The service also came at an affordable price. Mellis was incredibly helpful and kind. She made the process easy and provided calm, straightforward support during a stressful time.

  Terrible service and experience to make the story short told them I needed tires and brakes took 3 days just to replace tires wrong and never got the brakes which was probably for the best tpms sensors were working before I took my van in 2 don’t work anymore and on the door panel it says to fill tires 80 psi in rear 55 in the front but all were 55 and 1 tire was leaking from valve stem and had to wait another day

  ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE. My dad came to NTB for new tire service. His vehicle was completed as he requested at the end of his service he started to experienced an unexpected medical emergency and unaware of what was happening my dad was cared for like he was apart of their family. The team didn’t know exactly what was happening but knew here was an older man by himself and obviously something was wrong. They tried water, snacks and then called an ambulance. I’m extremely grateful bc the world we live in now it’s not a lot of humanity, empathy and compassion for one another. I can’t thank Josh, Melis and Terrell enough. You exceeded my expectations and cared for my dad as I would have if I had been there. And also his truck rides great with the set of 4 new tires. THANK YOU TEAM AT NTB DEFENSE HYWY. This is such a small gesture but I sent you guys Donuts & Coffee. ENJOY!! I can’t thank you enough! THE TYDINGS FAMILY ❤️
