  I had a tire with a screw in it which the great guys at NTB repaired and reinstalled in short order and then sent me on my way for free. My previously bad day got a whole lot better!

  Straight off the bat, if you’re a woman don’t come here. I’m currently moving, and after discovering my tire was leaking and not patchable I decided to trust this ntb since I’ve had good experiences at other locations. I can’t say that the same care and attention was given here. Not only did I have to back my own car out of the bay as the one person who could drive a manual was no longer in the building, but once I was back on the road my car was handling even worse than before and I quickly discovered that there were no weights on the tires I had just paid 50 dollars to balance. I decided to just continue on as it was too close to ntb closing and I didn’t want to make anyone stay late. However once I arrived home and began unpacking and cleaning my car I quickly learned my ps5 was missing as well as my small traveling medicine box containing some very controlled medicine that I cannot refill until my next prescription cycle. I know i shouldn’t have left those things in my car for such a task but between it being an emergency and me staying in the building I thought that such a large scale of theft wouldn’t occur. I’ve held back posting this review as I attempted every avenue to find my console but I can only conclude this was where it was taken as my car was in my sight the rest of the day. And after taking my car to another trusted shop I’ve learned my rear struts were busted sometime during the lifting process and I now have to find a way to pay an additional 2,000 to replace my entire suspension. Only bring your car here if it’s completely empty of anything that’s not bolted down, and you have the time and money to waste fixing whatever these people do, customer service was good but not worth it

  Needed a quick repair from running over a screw. Richard had Andreas fix in no time so my Monday remained on schedule. Next time I need to replace my Perellis, I will return to NTW on West St! Awesome friendly tire place.

  This was the first shop I called for a tire replacement that didn't have an attitude on the phone. They will get my business every time just for the friendly polite service.

  Had some vibration in my car. They balanced my tires and fixed my issue. Great staff and quick service.
