  Yes One Star! I made an appointment for an 8:00am tire installation, upon arrival their appointment system was not showing my appointment but I did have an email showing a valid appointment. More disappointment insued. *8 hours after dropping off my truck, no call. *9 hours after drop off ,I call the store and they say it should be finished soon. *10 hours after drop off I have my wife drop me off at the store, seeing the truck in the service bay. I ask her to wait. * My truck gets backed out of the service bay and parked. The service/salesman says my truck is ready. I sign and he gives me the keys. * Im looking at my truck in the parking spot and find that they didn't replace any of the tires I purchased, not one! The truck is exactly the same as when I dropped it off more than 10 hours earlier. I am amazed but honestly not surprised. * Another counter person started to get to the bottom of what happen and was very apologetic and pulled my truck in and performed the work himself. * After another hour it was actually ready and again the installer apologized. The experience at Mr.Tire was beyond ridiculous. This location needs to be temporarily shutdown, it's people properly trained, the store thoroughly cleaned and organized that's just the beginning. Most of all it needs proper management from caring employees, I' m certain the upper management needs to be broomed out too as they are allowing this to happen. It's actually a shame, They have all of the tools required to do great work but without the proper training and management they will continue to fail. Folks save your time and shop elsewhere. Mr.Tire corporate, if you would like to fix this mess of a company you can reach out to me. I specialize in fixing failing companies just like yours.

  Beware: they will not honor any appointments made through the call center. I called the number listed for their location on their website, made an appointment, and had tires shipped in advance only to be told when I arrived on the day of that I’d need to come back another day if I wanted the tires installed and an alignment because I hadn’t spoken with the manager and had made the appointment with the call center. When I asked the manager how people were supposed to know about this policy or even if they were making an appointment with the call center vs the employees in Annapolis, he had no answer. He only told me that he wants this location to stop being listed as part of corporate which was news to the corporate office when I called. I left with my preordered tires in my trunk and I absolutely will never go back. Glad I found out how incompetently the manager is running this location BEFORE they touched my car.

  **Extremely disappointing experience with Mr. Tire.** My mom made an appointment for **September 26th to have TWO TIRES changed** — that’s it. When she arrived, she was told it would take **3–4 hours because they were down an employee.** Understanding that they were short-staffed, she decided to leave and come back the next day. We came back the following day expecting the process to be much smoother. Instead, **we were still made to wait approximately FOUR HOURS** for what should have been a straightforward tire change. What made the experience even more frustrating was that, after waiting all that time, they then told my mom that they needed to **bring in an “expert” to look at her tire.** Again, she was simply there to have **TWO TIRES CHANGED**. The lack of communication, organization, and respect for customers’ time was extremely frustrating. If you know you are short-staffed or that a service is going to require additional expertise, **communicate that upfront** instead of having a customer spend hours waiting only to receive more delays and explanations. My mom’s time was completely wasted, and what should have been a simple appointment turned into a **two-day ordeal**.

  Poor communication, all I was doing was getting 4 new tires, something that shouldn’t take more than an hour right? I told the guy checking me in that I was going to get some lunch and then head back, so he knew I was waiting and he didn’t say a thing. My appointment was at 1 and my car wasn’t ready until a little after 6. Nothing but an empty apology was offered, just a miserable experience.
