  Mr. Tire offered the best price for tire replacements and alignment. I comparison shopped 3 other providers. Keegan was easy to deal with and provided excellent service.

  Five stars all around. Great service, friendly, my tires were done on time. They know me by first name, and I go here every time I have any issues with my tires. Have referred all friends and family to this location.

  I had 3 small, dry rotted, 13” trailer tires replaced and mounted, as one of the tires had a blowout. The counter representative was great, the shop was great, the tires look great. However, they only had one make/model of tires available that they had to order, it was a weekend and it took a few days, and they were expensive for tiny tires. However, none of these issues were the fault of the shop or the people there. I’ve dealt with this store before and they have always taken care of my tire needs.

  We have been coming to this Mr Tire location for several years and have always had friendly, fast and expert service. I returned to the shop this week with a rental car which was given to me by the company with 3 VERY overinflated tires, and one very deflated tire. The rental car company NEVER checked this before renting me the car. They did not have another car to loan to me. I brought it in to the Mr Tire Defense Hwy location at the end of the day, and could not have been more pleased with the service and reassurance from the Assistant Manager that fixing the tire would be not my responsibility, but the rental car company's. Upon looking at it, the tire had a tack, and 4 nails embedded in it. They had never seen a tire with this kind of damage before.The tech guy ended up driving to the Edgewater location to pick up a tire for the car, and The Assistant Manager decided to replace it before receiving approval from the rental car place because it was the right thing to do, and he wanted me to be able to drive away that night. I appreciated the kindness and customer service I received which really does make a difference!!!!!! I left happy with Mr Tire, and very mad at Enterprise Rental Car. This is one more reason that my family will continue to come to Mr Tire for tires in the future.

  I used Mr. Tire for many years. After a few bad experiences I stopped. Recently I decided to give them another chance. They charged me for work I did not need, nor did they disclose that to me before doing the work. You lost my business for good!!
