  I went in to get a new tire put on. After the tech was installing the new tire for 35 minutes, he rolled the car out of the garage with the mini spare still on. He changed a good tire with the new one. After this, he replaced the bad tire, which took another 30 min. Mistakes happen, I get it, but this was a very frustrating experience and made me miss a paid gym class.

  A screw was in the main tread of a relatively new tire. . The tech put a patch in - no new tire! - quickly. Happy (unless a leak develops in the ensuing months :)

  Great experience they were friendly and knowledgeable, nothing like the other Mr. TIRE location I went who tried to scam me. This location assessed the issue and told me what really needed to be done, I am truly grateful for them.

  Extremely Poor Service Experience – Appointment Mismanagement and Unresolved Issues I am writing to share my very disappointing experience with Mr. Tire. I scheduled an appointment for Thursday, April 9th at 5:30 PM with the following primary concerns: Low tire pressure warning (suspected leak or faulty sensor) Replacement of rear trunk struts and hood struts These were the main reasons for my visit. I also agreed to an oil change since I was already at the shop. What happened: Upon arrival, I was informed that the technician capable of replacing struts was not available. I clearly stated that struts and tire pressure issue were my priorities, so the appointment was rescheduled to Friday, April 10th at 1:00 PM. When I arrived the next day: * Only one technician was present in the shop * After waiting 40 minutes, my car had not been touched * The receptionist confirmed they were understaffed but could not explain why a scheduled appointment was accepted under those conditions I eventually left, and I was told I would be contacted when the car was ready. No one ever called My repeated phone calls went unanswered I had to take an Uber to the shop before closing, only to be told: My car was still not ready I would not be able to take it home that night The situation continued: Saturday– still not ready Sunday – I finally retrieved the vehicle Final result: * I was without transportation for 3 days * I incurred additional Uber expenses * I paid approximately $2,000 * Both primary issues were NOT resolved: * Low tire pressure warning still on * Rear trunk struts were not replaced (I later purchased them myself on Amazon and received them the next day) Conclusion: This was a complete failure in scheduling, communication, and service execution: * Accepting appointments without adequate staffing * Lack of transparency * No communication or follow-up * Failure to address the customer’s primary concerns This experience was unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

  I purchased a set of tires from this location and one of the tires installed had a bubble on the side from a weak sidewall. I went back to the location and expressed my concerned for safety to the gentleman up front and he mentioned they would work a partial discount. Though not ideal, considering they put a faulty tire on there from the beginning, I accepted and scheduled a drop off for the next day. I dropped the vehicle off early in the morning as planned. At drop off, everything appeared to be in place for a quick replacement of one tire. Unfortunately, that was not the case at all. The entire day passed and I never received a text, call, or email with an update on the status of my vehicle. Finally, I attempted to call the front desk for 45 minutes to check on the status of the work or at least remind them they still had my vehicle. Eventually, I lost all confidence in this business; at that point I did not trust they could even get the job done right so I went back to the location, asked for my keys, let them know how disappointed I was, and that I was taking my business somewhere else. In short, my recommendation, if you want timely, professional, and reliable work done on your vehicle as well as good communication with those doing the work then do not go with Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers.
