He has helped me several times before with tire issues and key battery problems. He always remembers me and helps me stay calm since it isn’t my favorite thing to have to come in to service my car.

Peter Herman went above and beyond to make things right after an issue with an oil change caused damage to the side of my car. He took control of the situation, communicated with me throughout the process, got the damage fixed, and even provided me with a rental at no cost. Joshua was also extremely helpful and comforting during the process. I really appreciate how seriously they took the situation and how well they treated me. Great customer service from both Peter and Joshua! I’ll always go to Annapolis Mercedes unless I’m forced to go somewhere else. Thank you soooooo much!
