  First time owning a Mercedes and the process was super smooth. Arella was an amazing sales consultant. First dealership that didn’t try to keep my tax savings when trading a car. Would buy from Mercedes of Annapolis every time.

  Mia Castle is amazing! I wish all my car buying experiences were like this. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel like I was her only customer, minus the pressure to purchase!   From the moment that I contacted the dealership, the experience was great. Purchasing a car can often induce stress, but everyone involved made the process, smooth, transparent, and enjoyable. A special thank you to Marco, my salesperson who was knowledgeable, patient and, genuinely committed to helping me find the right vehicle and the best possible deal. I never felt pressured, and every question I had was answered thoroughly. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with every step of the process. I’d also like to thank, Asher and Allen from the management team and anyone else who worked behind the scenes. They were willing to work with me, listen to my concerns and put together a deal that exceeded my expectations. Their professionalism, communication and, customer service made a lasting impression.   I always feel like I receive the VIP treatment at Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis. My sales consultant Mia makes sure I'm taken care of and she's so informative. The sales Manager's Dean and Asher are always on top of things and make sure I'm happy with everything. They're all a great team. I will never go anywhere else for my Mercedes-Benz. Top notch service!!
