  I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I was very disappointed with how my deposit refund was handled. I rented a vehicle after my car was totaled, and the rental itself was fine. The problem started when I returned the car. Their system incorrectly showed that I returned the vehicle a day late, so they only refunded part of my deposit. I returned the vehicle on the correct due date. When I called, they admitted it was an error on their end and told me the remaining refund would be processed within 3–4 days. It never happened. I called again a week and a half later and was told the same thing. I ended up calling three more times, and each time I was told a manager was going to fix it and call me. Never happened. After nearly a month, someone finally processed the refund. To make matters worse, the amount refunded still wasn’t even the remaining balance of my deposit. Mistakes happen, but what was frustrating was the lack of follow-through and the amount of time and effort it took for me to repeatedly call just to get a refund for an error that wasn’t mine. I hope they improve their customer service and internal processes so other customers don’t have to go through the same experience.

  Rented a car from here for about 3-4 weeks. First car got delivered to Severn Auto and smelled so badly like cigarettes I could not drive it. It took Enterprise 3 days to bring me a replacement. The second truck they bought me ended up have expired registration and they truck could not be driven. I called the branch multiple times to try and get them to pick up their car. I was hung up on four times. Eventually I had to call the police and they advised I needed to have someone tow the car because it is illegal to keep an unregistered car on the street or in your driveway in Anne Arundel Country. I still have no received a call back from the branch to resolve the issue. At the end of the day I “rented” a car for three weeks and never got to use it. Enterprise has taken no accountability for the issue.

  Everyone at the Annapolis location was very helpful. They handled the rental extension easily. I would recommend this location to anyone needing a rental.

  Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered a car with SiriusXM about a week in advance and when I got there, they had no such vehicle ready. Extremely poorly organized location. Car was filthy. Service was an abomination. Stay away!!!!
