  Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered a car with SiriusXM about a week in advance and when I got there, they had no such vehicle ready. Extremely poorly organized location. Car was filthy. Service was an abomination. Stay away!!!!

  I've rented with Enterprise multiple times and have had pleasant experiences both times! Got picked up in a timely manner and the process was smooth each time.

  They didn't have a car for me as I set it up but they made is right for me. Pro tip the West street location is a mad house but Bestgate is deserted. If you want quick service go to Bestgate.

  Yet another place who employees people who are judgmental and unhelpful. After a bad experience at Hertz, I tried to go and get a rental here because GEICO said it would be really easy and they have the most types of vehicles and would definitely have something equivalent to my 2020 Toyota RAV4 with assisted technology that comes directly from the dealer that way I have no additional added modifications to my car however I do have a major permanent disability. Yet once again due to me having a disability that you cannot see the employees treated me as if I was asking for a luxury vehicle, The lady even mentioned to me that “the people in luxury vehicle vehicles don’t even have what I was asking for.” All I was asking for was accommodations for my disability.. The employees were Disrespectful. My disability is called muscular dystrophy and you cannot see it because I refuse to get into a wheelchair yet. They Told me they did not have not even one vehicle that is similar to my Toyota which seems hard to believe But later, I did confirm they do not ever order any vehicles for rentals other than the basic models because then they won’t make as much profit. Unfortunately, this place deserves no stars but Google forces you to give 1. Not recommended Specially, if you have an invisible disability.
