- CHCaleb HensonSep 29, 20262.0I bought items that were listed as “AVAILABLE”, come in to get them almost 2 hours later and they say “you have to wait till tomorrow around 11, they have to bring the others from another store”. I came the next day at 1:30 and still nothing, ow they’re coming from a warehouse but delayed. Ask to cancel my order for my money back and now I have to wait till the order comes in to cancel what hasn’t even left the warehouse yet NOR WAS IT SUPPOSED TO EVEN BE THERE BECAUSE IT WAS LISTED AS AVAILABLE IN STORE. It was 200 dollars worth of stuff that my car is sitting not able to drive because they’re end of the deal was not met. They didn’t wait to get my money so why do I have to wait to get it back

The response was “Oh no one helped you? We don’t do returns.” Then he just walked away. By far the worst run auto parts store I’ve ever seen. I understand why AutoZone is opening a West St location. It’s easy money when this is your competition.

Went to check out and employee Alex is cussing in front of me with the cashier. When I said something about it I was ignored. Terrible customer service and attitude. Walmart is cheaper anyway.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
