  One of my least favorite things to do is buy a car and spend an entire day in a dealership. What I got instead this past Saturday was a very pleasant experience at Anderson! Heath was our salesman and was absolutely wonderful. He asked what we were interested in and was honest all the way. Dustin finalized our financing efficiently. And quickly. Everything about our experience was TOP NOTCH, and I would recommend Anderson highly. Thank you all for an awesome experience!!

  I’m not sure if it’s GM or Anderson but I have a vehicle with 1,000 miles on it and it seems that every time I drive it making noises and shifting funny. I wonder how conveniently it can never be replicated. Based on my research and like 100s of reviews the cause is one of only a couple things. Those same forums have had complaints about having a hard time getting the tech to acknowledge the issue. I’ve been driving GMCs for a while and haven’t had an issue like this. It seems like every other week I’m taking off work to drop it off for no apparent reason, but to be treated like I’m imagining the problem. It’s a country wide issue that has been reported thousands of times. Hopefully, someone finds it in the kindness of their heart to honor my warranty and get my vehicle running properly. The staff is nice so I didn’t rate them a 1.

  I had such a great experience working with Karah! She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt taken care of. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does.

  I had such a great experience working with Karah! She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated, and made sure all of my questions were answered. You can really tell that she cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. Karah made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and straightforward. I truly appreciate her communication, honesty, and attention to detail. I would absolutely recommend asking for Karah if you’re looking for a service advisor who genuinely goes above and beyond!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Anderson Buick GMC, and especially with Courtney Hirsch during my recent service visit. Courtney was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain my vehicle’s needs in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I felt informed every step of the way. Communication was excellent, and Courtney was very responsive whenever I had questions. Everything was handled in a timely and professional manner, which made the entire service experience stress-free and reassuring. I truly appreciate the level of customer service I received and feel confident knowing my vehicle was in good hands. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely be returning to Anderson Buick GMC for future service needs. Highly recommend Courtney!
