  ​I am incredibly frustrated with my experience here. I did my research, saw the good reviews, and decided to make a 30-minute drive out to this location instead of just going to my local Jiffy Lube. ​The day before my visit, I specifically called ahead to verify that they perform transmission flushes and booked an appointment. Yet, when I arrived today after a long drive, I was told flat-out that they don't even do full transmission flushes. To make a bizarre situation worse, the employee at the counter started giving me unsolicited advice and warnings about my car's transmission without anyone even looking under the hood. ​It is completely unacceptable to give out false information over the phone, waste a customer's time and gas, and then offer unhelpful commentary when you can't fulfill the service that was promised. Save yourself the drive and go somewhere else that respects your time and knows what services they actually offer. Now I'm scrambling on my day off trying to find a place that does transmission flushed since I'm overdue. I should have just went to jiffy lube.

  Jeff and his crew are amazing. I come here for all of our vehicle needs, both personal vehicles and our fleet vehicles. This was another awesome visit! 5 stars to Jeff and his team! Keep up the awesome work!

  Edit: I was supposed to get a call from the regional manager, but that never happened. The manager claim they “ investigated” the situation, and the sop stated that my cylinder head was cracked already, which is why they suggested the valve seal replacement. The explanation makes absolutely no sense. Why would I agree to repair a valve seal if I already knew the cylinder head was cracked? Clearly, that would not fix the actual issue. I feel like I was mislead and given inaccurate information regarding the condition of my engine. Took my car there to get my spark plugs changed and when I get the call to pick up my car, they tell me my header is cracked. Never mentioned it before and now my car is leaking fluid it never has before. So the mechanic clearly cracked it while making the repair. Will NEVER go back. Mind you I went a week ago for an oil change and had a list of stuff needing repair. That not being one. I have even went on forums and a cracked header can come from improperly installing spark plugs by over tightening them. Now my car is done.

  Was greeted by Brittany as soon as the store opened. She was super professional, warm and inviting. I had a flat tire and was thinking I might have to purchase a new tire and Brittany went out to look, returned and told me it would be able to be patched. I would definitely recommend this store location to friends and family. Thanks to all staff here at Mavis.

  I had an amazing experience at this NTB location. I brought my car in for 4 new tires and they did a fantastic job. The staff is top-notch. I want to specifically shout out Jeff, Katie, and Nicholas—they were all incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They made sure all my needs were met and kept me informed. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest and high-quality service. I will definitely be back!
