  Terrible! Had a scheduled appointment to have two tires mounted at 12:30 today. Showed up on time and waited for over 3 hours before the car was pulled in the shop. Almost 4 hours to mount & balance 2 tires which is a thirty minute job. Horrible customer service, would absolutely not recommend or return, business has a blatant disregard for their clients time.

  I arrived 10 min prior to the establishment closing and was not turned away due to an appointment conflict. There was no hesitation or negotiation in wanting to still provide service. The process was expedient and seem-less and the techs customer service was top notch. I appreciate their time and consideration.

  I needed a tire repair, they were shorthanded. They squeezed me in and fixed my tire. Levi Massey, the gentleman at the counter was very kind and took time to explain the cost of everything. Very nice young man. He made my first time at Mr. Tire a positive one. Will continue to do business with them. Thank you Levi!

  I scheduled an appointment on Friday to have four new tires installed on Saturday. When I arrived, I was told the online system had ordered the wrong tire size. I understand that mistakes happen, so the correct tires were reordered, and I was told they would arrive on Sunday. I returned on Sunday, only to find out the tires still hadn't arrived. It was unclear whether they had never been ordered or were simply delayed. I was then told they would be available on Monday, but that didn't work with our schedule. To accommodate the shop, I asked if I could drop my car off Thursday night using the drop box, and I was told that would be fine. Then, on Friday, I received a call asking where I had ordered the tires from. My response was, "You did." I was then told the tires still hadn't arrived—or perhaps had never been ordered—and that even if they could get them, there wasn't a technician available to install them. If that was the case, I don't understand why I was told to leave my car the night before. At that point, I was told the tires might be ready by Sunday. What should have been a straightforward tire installation ended up stretching into an eight-day ordeal with poor communication and repeated misinformation. To make matters worse, my wife was without her car for three days because we followed the instructions we were given. Despite all the inconvenience, the repeated scheduling issues, and the lack of communication, no discount, credit, or other effort was made to make the situation right. I've used Mr. Tire for years in Florida and always had positive experiences, but after this experience, I won't be returning.
