I get i was a walk in due to tire not holding air due to sidewall damage. But 2 hours for a 5-10 max minute job is asinine. I was told there was only 2 Appointments of all 4 tire replacements ahead of me when i arrived at 2pm when I inquired after waiting over a hour. A total of 8 tire replacements, 8 tire and wheel balancing, and 2 alignments does not take that long. I get its just 1 person. But dam near 2½ to 3 hours to get through 8 tires, 2 all the way around balancing and 2 alignments before doing just 1 tire replacement with no balancing required is just ridiculous even with it just being 1 tech

Creepy men took all day and told me about their futon in their office while saying I was “something else” and couldn’t proceed without sounding “unprofessional.” LADIES BEWARE.

We had a flat while in town for a baseball tournament. Mr. Tire was able to fit us in and replace our tire same day.

I had a tire issue and really appreciated the help I received from Levi at Mr. Tire Auto in Aberdeen, MD. Levi was quick to let me know he could order the tire (odd low profile size) and coordinate the delivery, necessary repair, and final installation. His clear communication helped me understand what to expect, and I appreciated how promptly he and his team handled everything. Thank you, Levi and the entire team, for your professionalism and great service. I’m grateful for the care and attention you gave my situation.

I used to go to Mr Tire in Aberdeen Maryland a lot and was impressed by their service. But, nothing like the manager Levi. He was fantastic. He made sure he could get me some discounts which he did. He went over everything with me and was very thorough. Then the mechanic, Nick was unbelievable. He brought me out to the garage and showed me everything about my tires and brakes. Showed me the gauges he uses to measure the tires and rotors. Also both Nick and Levi have fantastic personalities, which really helps. I have been traveling a little more than usual and I had a flat two times on the same tire within 1 year. They both told me that they wanted me to be safe when I travel. That was very special to me. I thank both of them and they both deserve raises so they can always be there if I need their help. My tires look great and my brakes aren’t crunching. Thank you to Mr. Tire, in Aberdeen MD. Great job everyone but especially Levi, the manager and Nick the mechanic
