  I gave all the employees a hard time due to my situation. Not proud of that but every one of them still kept a friendly and helpful composure . Im so grateful.

  The customer service was great . But never use the transponder/ toll box in their vehicles. They charged me 126 dollars to use their transponder when you are supposed to cover the person’s vehicle. Then we they send the invoice to my email it clearly states “ Thank you for renting with Enterprise. Enterprise’s TollPass Program allows you to drive on covered toll roads in the US & Canada without having to search for change or carry around your personal transponder.” I was never told this when I got the rental but the toll department says it’s in your rental agreement. If it’s in the rental agreement don’t false advertise that you are covered!!!! Oh one last thing I returned my vehicle last week and they charged me for the toll fees yesterday I don’t understand their whole billing process because my card shouldn’t have even been in their system anymore. Good luck to the next person who rents from them.

  Once again I had a stellar experience at the Aberdeen location. Zach the assistant manager was always knowledgeable, efficient and accommodating. I noticed that all the attendants were courteous and handled difficult situations calmly and professionally.
