  Everyone was friendly! I got in quickly and they communicated process well. I appreciated the updates once they took care of apart and how they handled communicating with my insurance. The time estimate for completion was accurate and I really appreciated getting the texts that updated me in progress. All staff were friendly and helpful. Happy to answer my myriad of questions. Car looked like nothing was ever damaged and it was completed as predicted. Would definitely go back and recommend to others.

  They "fixed" some front fender-bender damage. Within 5 seconds of looking at it, it was incredibly obvious that the hood/bumper/fenders were completely unaligned and there was a giant paint run right in the middle of the bumper. Took it back in for someone to look at and they agreed it was bad and said they'd call to get us back on the schedule. Weeks and weeks go by with no response. Finally call to ask what was going on and it was like we were talking to them for the first time with zero record of anything. Get it scheduled and they end up keeping it for over 3 weeks.... and after all that time, we show up in the morning once it was "ready" to pick up and it looks like someone spent 30 seconds trying to "fix" the paint run with 50 grit sandpaper. It's pretty wild to do such a terrible job on black paint and think it ISN'T immediately noticeable. They "fixed" it the rest of the way but still only got it about 80% scratch free. The cherry on top... they somehow lost the car key while they had it the second time. Figuring out how to get a replacement is probably why it took 3+ weeks considering they clearly spent no more than a day "fixing" the mess.
