  Drove 30-something minutes to get here, for them to have us wait in line for 20 minutes and then turn us away because the manager needed to clock out exactly at 7... There was 40 something minutes left before closing. The shift leader Ty came to speak to us and was insanely rude & called us crazy for even trying to come for oil change service within their last closing hour... Plenty of other shops in the sea.

  10/10 experience! Maria was absolutely amazing—very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely welcoming. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. I also really appreciated how LGBTQ+ friendly and inclusive the whole team was. It’s refreshing to receive great service while also feeling completely welcomed and respected. Valvoline is lucky to have Maria! I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Which is Grafton Street location since we were in the area. Our Experience was great. Got to sit in the car while technicians worked on the vehicle. One technician named Ty what’s the funniest most outgoing and brilliant technicians at Valvoline. If you go there for any service, please ask to speak to Ty. He will give you great service and a great reasonable price. We’ve gone there twice, and two times we had great service, great technicians, and fast reliable service. Not yet have we had a bad experience at Grafton Street, Worcester, Valvoline.!! Thank You we will be back

  i went for a couple things mostly just my oil change but the threats coming from the older gentleman rubbed me the wrong way screaming that hes going to hit someone with a bat in the face i dont think ill be coming back

  I had such a great experience at Valvoline thanks Maria the store manager. She was incredibly friendly professional and knowledgeable from start to finish. She made the oil change and filter replacement quick and stress free. She took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured. Not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service but she went above and beyond. Her positive attitude and attention to detail and professionalism made this one of the best experiences I've had getting my car serviced at Valvoline. I highly recommend this Valvoline location and I'll definitely be coming back because of her outstanding service. Thank you for making what is usually a routine errand actually a pleasant experience
