  Always 5 star service. The crew at West Boylston St aka Gold Star Blvd got it going on. Road Dog lives this crew. Consistency. I lived Ohio for 18 years and now here the last 5. Every employee I’ve asked loves working for Valvoline

I was charged $105 for a basic oil change, which I believe is excessive. I have never paid that much before for the same service. To make matters worse, they did not give me a receipt or invoice after the service. When I got home, I found that oil had been spilled all over my engine compartment, showing a lack of care and professionalism. I expected much better service. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this location.

  I went in for an oil change. That was fine. The gentleman approached me with a gadget that was evidently showing me that my a/c needed a recharge. My entire a/c system was replaced last month and it blows so cold and frosty that you need a jacket. I do not appreciate the LIE for the upsell. This is a totally deceptive practice and I will not be returning to Valvoline. I will also be submitting to the BBB
