  Went into the shop to have my tires done. The shop manager Jerry was helpful in going over different ootions that would work best for my vehicle. Overall performance was very good.

  Towed my car there to fix the flat tire. Told them the lug nuts will be tough to get off because guy that put the tire on previously stripped them. No problem they say. They called the next day to say they have the new tire but they can't get the lug nuts off. Told me bring it elsewhere because they don't have the "special tool" needed. Can't fix the tire but they can sell me one. Yay! Took it to Monroe on route 9 in Worcester. The woman who worked there called two hours later saying tire is good to go. I guess the "special tool" was just a woman's touch? Stong woman maybe? Woman who wanted to work and not just sell me a tire? Instead of going here for them to tell you that it's beyond their capabilities, just go elsewhere.

  I can’t say enough good things about Tire Warehouse on Hrovw St. especially their manager Jerry. I have been there a few times with time sensitive issues and Jerry always made me feel like a priority. He took his time giving me the best options, answered all questions and never made me feel like there was a dumb question to ask. I wouldn’t even think twice about going there again! Can’t recommend enough!

  I've bought tires there for years. The staff are professional and friendly. No complaints. They're my first stop whenever I have tire issues.

  Jerry is fantastic. He is the manager and when I arrived, he not only greeted me, provided helpful information and did the install himself. Great experience
