  I had a leak in one tire. Stopped into see if they could plug my tire. Was told yes. And they took off my tire. Was told all set. Couldn’t tell me what was in my tire that they just did 5 minutes ago. Drove off my tire pressure light was still on. Went back asked if they filled my tire was told yes and when I told them it was not. They filled it and didn’t put the cap back on. Next day still have leak. Never going back there.

  Sammy was super helpful and was able to get my two tires put on quickly even though it was very busy with customers. He was pleasant and multi tasked inside office and outside.

  Horrible customer service, workers just walk by you without communicating and when you speak up he got an attitude. I do not recommend.

  It was actually very disappointing. My mechanic brought the tires to the you guys and the tire guy was having phone issues and said he had to run out to get his phone fixed but promised to come back and get the tires done same day. He even gave us his number. Then he ghosted us. The mechanic was stuck not being able to finish my son’s car which made him miss work the next day. I tried texting and calling and he never answered. The next morning he finally responded and said he would get them finished. Never addressed what happened and the broken promise he made which set everyone back. A simple acknowledgment and apology would have gone a long way except he doubled down and was not pleasant. As a result we will never do business there again and our mechanic is who also used you guys for years will no longer use tire warehouse either. Sammy needs to learn a little customer service.
