I had to jave a second windshield put in due to the first one not recalibrating properly. After picking up my car, shortly after I saw that I has thw wrong inspection sticker on my windshield, was missing my sticker for a car wash place, my windshield fluod didn't work and my phone no longer connected to my car. They ignored my phone calls. I called several times during the day. Even called the answering servixe line and they couldn't get through. They were supposed to have a technician come to my house when I came home from work. I have to drive back to place. They told me it was not legal to transfer an inspection sticker from one windshield to another. Never heard of that. The woman google.searched the "law" / requirements. I am now without an inspection sticker i need to get replaced. And a new sticker for the car wash. The zipper fluid was fixed and my phone connects again. I was very distraught, emotional bothered by the lack of care for where I was coming from as a customer.

I would NOT recommend safelite to anyone. I originally made an appointment online for my F250 to be done at my house. The day before the appointment they called saying F series trucks need to be done at one of their locations. Naturally they didn’t have the day available I already made an appointment for. The next Tuesday came and after waiting for an hour and a half at the Worcester location they came out and told me while installing the glass they had stress cracked it and I would need to come back. After getting the truck home I noticed there was damage to the cowl, glass still in the vehicle, and my antenna wasn’t re-installed. I spent hours on the phone trying to get ahold of someone from safelite. Finally I was able to talk to someone about a possible discount. They informed me that the branch was the only one who could apply a discount after the branch themselves told me I had to call corporate for a discount. I brought the truck back for a THIRD time on a Saturday morning a week and a half later. After checking in they came out to inform me my glass didn’t actually get ordered or delivered and was at their warehouse in Woburn. They said they could go and get it but it would take most of the day to be done and I had plans so I could not wait or pick the truck up later. Once again I spent hours on the phone with corporate. Finally someone said they would get me in contact with a regional manager. She sent them an email to contact me and surprise surprise I never heard anything. Today was my FOURTH time taking time out of my day to bring the truck back. After telling them I wanted to talk to a manager before anything was done with the truck they were able to take two hundred dollars off the glass. This was all they could give me after me taking eight hours total out of my life to get the windshield replaced, damaging the cowl, leaving glass in my truck, and not replacing the antenna. CHEAPER IS DEFINITELY NOT BETTER.

Absolutely wasted my time. I booked a Monday morning appointment, and spoke to someone Saturday evening at 5:45(it’s in my call log) June 20th because they immediately tried to cancel my appointment due to the “potential” for weather. I told them the location is at a bay in a large garage, and please do not cancel, as you will have a place safe from the weather to work. The person I spoke to assured me the appointment was all set. Not only did I get multiple texts and emails confirming the appointment and time, I actually spoke to a human who also confirmed it. However, on Monday, at the end of the window for them to arrive, they had not yet gotten there. When I called to ask where the tech was, I was told they had no notes regarding the location having a garage, and they couldn’t honor the appointment because it was potentially going to rain (it did in fact rain, but the garage stayed nice and dry). This was after I waited the 8-12 window, and had called, gotten a text to confirming it, and an email confirming the appointment as well. The tech was rude, and basically just said he had no notes regarding it, even though I have a call log and a voicemail backing me up. So, the long story short, put bad places like this out of business. They wasted my whole morning, and they are totally unconcerned about it. Don’t let them waste your time and money. I have cancelled and I am looking for another company to work with.

To put it simply; they hooked me up. I had prepaid $265 and scheduled through the website, easy enough. I was later told over the phone the part was a special order and would be an extra $45 but I could pay the difference upon the appointment. A little over a week later they had called to inform me the window had arrived and were ready reschedule the appointment. I checked up on the text notification and it said it would be an extra $105. I questioned it when arriving for the appointment. I was willing to pay the extra $45 but they reimbursed me the whole $105. I got a dollar back from what I had originally prepaid lol. So yeah, they hooked me up. Thank you to team of Safelite at 515 Southbridge St in Worcester, Mass.

I scheduled my appointment on May 30 for June 5 and received the confirmation email. Everything seemed set. On June 4, I received an email from the manager asking for my VIN number and stating that if I did not reply by 3 PM, my appointment would be canceled. I replied immediately, and he confirmed that the part was ordered and that my appointment for the next day was still scheduled. Later that same day, around 5 PM, someone from the shop called me because I had selected the "drop-off" option (drop off before 9:30 AM and pick up between 4–5 PM). He told me that the vehicle might not be ready the same day and suggested rescheduling for another date if I wanted a guaranteed same-day service. I explained that before making the appointment, I had asked Safelite about scheduling a specific time and dropping the car off. I was told that if I chose a specific appointment time, I would have to stay there and wait during the entire repair, which is why I selected the drop-off option. He still tried to reschedule me for the following week, but I declined because their policy indicates the service should be completed the same day. Then, on the morning of June 5, around 8 AM, someone from the shop called and said the windshield that arrived was cracked and that they would not be able to replace it that day. The next available appointment would be the following week. At that point, it felt like they had been trying to cancel or postpone the appointment the entire time and were simply finding different reasons to do so. There was no respect for the customer who had planned this appointment days in advance and arranged their schedule around it. Very disappointing experience.
