  My molding on the challenger hellcat is butchered, bent, and the window thuds when going up. The tech also dropped and mangled my door panel against the pavement back and forth and chewed the plastic

  Satellite replaced my windshield within days. They were on time and communicated prior to and after the job was complete I appreciate the app and self scheduling as well. I will use again.

  Just had Safelite Auto Glass completely replace the front windshield on my 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander. The process from scheduling to finish was very easy, fast and I am really help with the service provided. The tech was 100% knowledgeable on his trade and gave us clear instructions on what was expected after the replacement. He also calibrated all the sensors and radar on the vehicle. Vehicle is up and running like new. For the price that I had to pay for out of pocket I couldn’t be happier with the service. 5 Star Excelence. Thank You Safelite.

  Very disappointed with the quality of this windshield installation. There is no leak, but the workmanship is unacceptable, especially on a luxury vehicle. The gasket along the top of the windshield is noticeably wavy and uneven, and there is a visible glob of dried adhesive/sealant on the outside. It looks sloppy and unskilled—honestly, like the person simply didn’t take any pride in the finished product. Some of it looks like a child did it. The inside of the windshield was also filthy when I received the vehicle. It was covered in visible wipe marks and dried dirt, as though it had been hastily wiped with a dirty rag. There were also small bits of work debris, dust, and dirt left all over my dashboard. More seriously, the interior trim around the rearview mirror was not reinstalled correctly. There is a large gap between the pieces, and the center cover will not stay in place and repeatedly falls down. Clearly, something was not properly fitted or secured after the windshield was replaced. I have attached photos of all of these issues. I will be contacting Safelite separately to have the installation and improperly fitted trim addressed. This is simply not the level of workmanship I expect from Safelite, particularly on a luxury vehicle.

  Booked an appointment for glass replacement through my insurance for them to come to my place of work and replace my windshield in the morning. They changed my appointment to have me come to their shop, without a phone call to inform me of the change. Why they would assume I can easily switch my appointment from one where they show up and I continue working, to one where I leave work mid morning for 3 hours, as just a clerical change where someone wouldn't reach out to me astonishing. Incredibly unprofessional. If you’re booking through your insurance, it might seem convenient to just go with these people if they’re recommended, but save yourself a headache and book with someone else.
