  I would give no stars if it was an option. 😡🤬 went in for a tire rotation 2 months ago they said 2 of my tires were bald an my front brakes were low. I agreed to 4 new good year tires and the front brakes. took them 8 hours to put new tires an brakes an I was the only one there. when it was finally done I was informed they didn't have the good year tires I had chosen so he got coopers instead. didn't even bother to ask if that was OK. broke my tire sensor an I had nice tire caps but 2 couldn't be found anywhere he said he had to slice them off. still charged me for the sensor after he broke it taking the tire off. brakes wouldn't stop squeaking I understand sometimes they need to be broken in but it was super loud. went back he greased them. sound cont. went back again manager upgraded the cheap pads he originally put on he said. sound cont. went back again he upgraded them yet again an said he would do the job himself . he didn't I watched the same ppl work on it (another 6 hours was crazy just for brakes) . they heard it squeaking after an when I asked what he did to fix it he said I took a hammer to it. I asked the other guy an he shrugged at me. sound continues louder . he redoes them again (this time only took 30 min) why cuz the boss is there ? same guys working on it who think im just nagging. no its very loud everyone can hear me coming. now my fronts are grinding already an loud clink noise. my car is my baby. like taking your child to a doctor. and my trust is completely gone at this place. the rudeness an ghetto ness at this place is tremendous. brakes are a huge thing on a car an you trust the ppl putting them on. I should of stayed going to nissan. never ever again 🤬😡 no integrity offered me no other resolution. my time an money an peace of mind should of been priority. dont go here ! 2,000 dollars later a headache an worse problems than when I went in. not to mention how many times I literally cried about it. oh and no alignment done when tires were put on.

  Great service, especially as a woman going alone to get work done. They were very nice, respectful and direct about everything, I appreciated it. Will go again for future needs!

  I needed 4 new tires and an alignment asap and Mr. Quinones was incredibly helpful and patient! Honest and professional. They were done in an hour!!! :-)

  I purchased 4 tires in dec 2025 and here it is June 2026 , 6 months and I NEED NEW TIRES . .. They charged me $600.00 . I explained I do allot of driving and need decent tires and the man replied “WE GOT YOU” . Now the place I am getting another 4 tires put on said those were the WORST TIRES TO EVER GET . So thank Monroe you for taking advantage of woman in need .
