  We’ve been bringing our cars to Monro for tire service for years, and we’ve always had a great experience.   This is seriously the best location you could do to to get ANY work done. They went completely out of their way to make sure my seized lug nuts were removed even if i damaged some of their gear. If you have seized lug nuts mcguard or other come here they will take amazing care of you. The team was extremely respectful and caring as they made sure i was ready for my trip to florida the next Monday. Any tire or auto work needs this is the place no questions asked. Also they will not they to up charge you or force you to buy other services just plain respectful. THANK YOU MONRO TEAM!!!

  My husband brought my car in for repairs to an oil sensor, and we left with a broken glove box. After being told by the manager that a replacement would be ordered two weeks ago, and all we would have to do is come in when the part arrived, I am still waiting on "approval" for a replacement part, they admitted they broke. Service was initially great, but has only gotten worse.

  Terrible experience all around! Got my brakes and caliper and rotors fixed on March 24th, my brakes ended up failing!! had to have my car towed and fixed somewhere else and no one is helping me come to a resolution!!!! Avoid here if at all possible!!
