- JHJudy HendricksJan 26, 20225.0I brought in a 1996 classic Dodge Ram Indy Truck for service and the team was great from the start. The prior auto service place (not Jiffy Lube) had over tightened the oil cap and the manager told me he could get it off but may damage it in the process, so he had one of his members run to get a new one before removing it. After all was said & done, the old cap had been stripped and replaced with the new one (at no cost to me) and oil change was completed. They really went above & beyond! Thank you Shayne Delfavero & your team!
