From the moment I walked in, Rose was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and patient in answering all of my questions. My car was only at the shop for a few days, and I got it back sooner than expected. The repair work was flawless, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Great experience, great service, and great work. I would absolutely recommend Franchi Brothers Auto Body to anyone in need of repairs.
