  Worst customer service I ever experienced at enterprise usually I have decent to smooth transactions with enterprise but this particular location confirmed my registration by email text and verbal phone call when I went to pick up up my rental they told me they didn’t have my size vehicle and if I wanted what they had I had to pay extra mind you this is a insurance claim I should not have to pay anything. They usually just upgrade you at no cost for failing to provide your confirmed reservation. I asked them can they call and find a sister store close they told me no I would have to call around myself and find one and if I wanted one today either that or come back in like 4 hours to check to see if they any vehicles returned I was flabbergasted smh yeah I would never give that location my business avoid this location at all cost the lady at the desk didn’t seem to care or be concerned at what she was saying to me and for my situation. Absolutely horrible!

  I had a car accident a few weeks ago and needed a rental. The Enterprise on Shrewsbury Street ended up being a HUGE help in this process, as they were able to secure me a rental literally the same day of my accident, got me in the car within 15 minutes of getting on-site, and worked with me so that I could drop it at another area Enterprise the day that I picked up my new car. All in all, a solid experience in terms of customer service. The car itself was perfect as well. Clean & well maintained SUV, no issues. The only thing I'd note as far as a downside, and it's not really on the employees or the company, there were a handful of walk-in customers that didn't have a reservation and got crabby that they had to wait, or that Enterprise didn't have the car they wanted. Let's be real here, if you're walking into an Enterprise in the heart of a large city in New England that's a major thoroughfare near Boston, expect delays. It's on you as an individual if you're not setting up a rental car ahead of travel to anywhere within a 45 minute drive of Boston.
