  I had a car accident a few weeks ago and needed a rental. The Enterprise on Shrewsbury Street ended up being a HUGE help in this process, as they were able to secure me a rental literally the same day of my accident, got me in the car within 15 minutes of getting on-site, and worked with me so that I could drop it at another area Enterprise the day that I picked up my new car. All in all, a solid experience in terms of customer service. The car itself was perfect as well. Clean & well maintained SUV, no issues. The only thing I'd note as far as a downside, and it's not really on the employees or the company, there were a handful of walk-in customers that didn't have a reservation and got crabby that they had to wait, or that Enterprise didn't have the car they wanted. Let's be real here, if you're walking into an Enterprise in the heart of a large city in New England that's a major thoroughfare near Boston, expect delays. It's on you as an individual if you're not setting up a rental car ahead of travel to anywhere within a 45 minute drive of Boston.

  USAA partners with Enterprise, The people were great and brought the car to me. My car was classified as a Total Loss. Customer support extended the rental & made the return process easy! I even got a ride home because I did not live to far away. Great service & excellent people who work for Enterprise. Thank you

  My car was in the shop for a long time due to a dear hitting it. My credit card was charged multiple times and I had to argue back-and-forth to get the correct price after my rental was past the 30 days. It was very stressful situation, knowing that I didn’t expect have to pay for a rental. The rental car was great. The service people and the information I got was very poor and I don’t like how they can just constantly charge your credit card until I got a $700 charge and that’s when I got in my car and drove down to the enterprise and the branch manager helped me out a lot. He removed all the charges so that at the end that would be charged for everything. I’ve been emailing him trying to get the final bill. I just ended up with a bill for around $1100 still waiting to get the receipt so I can submit to liberty mutual because they would pay. They said they’d give me another 360 back. So I guess my biggest issue right now is getting my final bill and it’s concerning that. I always got a different person. Tell me all different things when I would call.

  I forgot something very important in the rental when I made an after hours return. All of my belongings were retrieved from the car fully intact and in perfect condition the next day. Super trustworthy. Thank you!

  Racist: my car broke down and I needed to rent a car because I have kids I need to give rides and I need to get to my job on the phone they said there was a car available so I took a proiroty uber to get there once i get there after conforming my car they said they jusr rented the last car * they have not yet* They give to a white man. I am assuming that behavior was due to islamphobia or xenophobia as my name is very ethnic hence they made me comfrim my rental and get there and pay for an uber just to proirtize a white man instead horrible times we are living in America! To add on the manager continuef to ignore when i came in because I was confused I asked if there was a car and he continued to take the other person and start the process of renting to him whilst telling me there is no cara even though i have the confomation email no apologies no nothing he was just rushing to get the other person the car So i cant bring up the fact it has been conformed for me already
