  Reservation was easy. Met me at my dealership and everything was ready to roll. Zero delay. Vehicle itself was superb, an upgrade from my own car for sure. Drop off was just as easy, and followup call from manager welcoming and friendly. Thanks to the whole crew.

  Poor service they give me a car very tiny, the car dirty, strong. Smell of marihuana. I did have to clean the windshield my self. One staff to run the place in a Saturday

  Absulote Joke of a Company! They cant honor a reservation. If there was a - star they would be getting that. Thanks for the response, Enterprise team. However, I wouldn’t waste my time speaking with you or anyone affiliated with your company. Just like I wouldn't waste spending a dime of my money at your company. I blame your management for the horrible and unreliable customer service. You shouldn’t hire incompetent people and you should try to train some of your staff better.
