  Specifically checked online for locations with availability and made my booking. Missed a call 15 minutes before arriving. Got told on arrival no cars. No help from them in figuring it out. Nothing. Awful location. This was also the status of their mens room toilet.

  Disappointed! This place left me alone on a Saturday afternoon (when all car rentals are closed) to rent a car for Sunday morning (the next day). I have been a long time national/enterprise customer, pretty satisfied until now. I made a work trip reservation for Sunday morning pick-up, and we have a long drive ahead of us. First time renting at this location. I received an email the day before (to be exact 1:11pm on Saturday), telling me that there is no available car for me next day. Quote from the branch manager: "Please let me know how you’d like to proceed — I’m here to help in any way I can." Note that the office closes at 1 pm on Saturday. So no one was available to help.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I reserved a 7-passenger vehicle online so I could pick up my family and get them to the airport for a flight tomorrow morning. Not once, but twice, I received a call from two different locations the day before my rental informing me that the vehicle was not available. This is unacceptable. If the vehicle was unavailable, why was I allowed to make and confirm the reservation in the first place? It appears that the online reservation system is not communicating properly with the local branches. In 2026, customers should not have to deal with this kind of overbooking and last-minute cancellation. Because of these cancellations, I am now left scrambling to find transportation for my family with virtually no notice. It feels like my one-day rental was simply not considered important enough to honor. I was also told that a manager would contact me regarding this issue, but I have yet to hear from anyone. This situation has caused significant stress and inconvenience, especially with my family's flight scheduled for tomorrow morning. I expected much better service and reliability. Very disappointing experience.
