  Awful. Booked over a month in advance and when I went to pick up not only was the vehicle I’d been told would be waiting for me NOT in fact waiting for me, the only car theybl could offer was a piece of crap Hyundai that was smaller than the vehicle I already own but didn’t want to take on vacation. First world problem, perhaps, but don’t sell a service you aren’t willing or able to perform.

  I’ve been renting from this Enterprise location for almost three years, and one thing I really appreciate is the convenience of being able to return the vehicle after hours. However, my biggest frustration is vehicle availability. I usually make my reservation well in advance—sometimes a week before—and I even complete check-in the day before pickup. Despite this, when I arrive, the vehicle class I reserved is often unavailable. Sometimes I’m given a free upgrade, which I definitely appreciate, even though an upgrade isn’t necessary for me. The bigger issue is when I’m given a smaller vehicle than the one I reserved. I choose a specific vehicle size based on my needs, especially the amount of luggage I need to carry. A downgrade can create a real problem when my bags no longer fit. I mentioned this issue to an Enterprise representative previously, and they kindly provided me with a free upgrade coupon for my next rental. I appreciated the gesture, but unfortunately, on my most recent rental I still ended up with a vehicle that didn’t have enough space for all of my luggage. My main concern is simple: if I make a reservation a week in advance and complete check-in the day before, I expect the vehicle class I reserved to be available when I arrive. If the location cannot hold that vehicle class for my reservation, it makes me question the purpose of reserving and checking in ahead of time. I’ve continued renting from this location for years because of the convenience, but I really hope Enterprise can improve how reserved vehicle classes are managed and make sure customers receive the size of vehicle they planned and paid for.

  0 STARS IS TOO MUCH!!!! There are so many reasons that I can't even list them all not to rent from enterprise. Especially Park Avenue in Worcester....
