  I used to be a customer at this AutoZone location, but unfortunately, my most recent experience with the manager, Jose, was very disappointing. After purchasing a battery for my truck, I asked if he could assist me with replacing it. His response was that he was “not a mechanic,” and the way he spoke to me came across as dismissive and unprofessional.I understand that there may be certain services employees cannot perform, and I would have had no problem with that if it had been explained respectfully. My issue was with the attitude and lack of customer service. In my opinion, good business is not only about selling products it’s also about treating customers with respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience left a very bad impression, and I don’t plan on returning to this location.

  This establishment didn’t personally help me, but rather helped my stranded family tonight that had a flat tire. The staff went far above and beyond to help get them back on the road within hours. Further, there were regular customers who stopped and gathered to help with the situation. This establishments reaction to stranded travelers will and should restore any persons hope for humanity. Thank you, thank you a thousand times over. You didn’t have to help, but you did. Who ever was on shift tonight was an angel

  I ordered a part instore on Saturday and was told it would arrive Monday. I called Monday to confirm whether the part had arrived, and was told it had not. I asked for an updated delivery date/time or a tracking number, but was told they didn’t have that information and that I should call back Tuesday. I called Tuesday, and the part still hadn’t arrived. I again asked for an update or tracking information and was told that only a manager could access that information. I spoke with the manager, who then told me that he didn’t have that information either. I was once again told to call the following day. I called Wednesday, and, surprise, the part still wasn’t there. At that point, I asked for a refund and was told I would have to wait until the part arrived before they could process the refund, despite apparently having no idea when that would be. I was placed on hold, and suddenly I was told the part had actually arrived an hour before I called. I understand that delays happen. My frustration is with the lack of communication and the conflicting information I was given throughout the process. Confirming whether a part has arrived is a basic question an auto parts store should be able to answer. The entire experience made it seem like no one knew what was going on, and I had to repeatedly call just to get basic information.

  Terrible service; the store is empty, yet they don't attend to customers. I wanted to return an item I didn't need, but they told me I had to ship it via UPS it's inefficient, and they just want you to spend more money. I won't be coming back to this store.

  I’m just a girl! I have no idea when it comes to cars. today this location was a huge help and showed excellent customer service I’m new to the area and I’ll be back at this location thank you for everything
