    I went into the store today and stood at the counter to pay for one item. Two employees were working, one was helping a customer with filters the other just stood there. I asked to pay I was ignored. I left the item and walked out. I noticed the candy was all in plastic boxes… made me think mice problem? The store is dirty and unorganized. I went across the street to ORileys auto parts where I was helped immediately I was in and out. I will never visit this auto zone again. If I could give a zero I would. The employees working today at auto zone should be fired, completely unprofessional and lazy!

    Came in at 7:30 when the store was scheduled to be open and saw that the store was still closed at 8am and the worker Warren was waiting for the store to open. He was polite and answered my questions. This is outrageous that they can never have the store open on time at this location

    Today I went to buy air filters for my car. Warren was so kind. As a girl, it’s already overwhelming to do car parts shopping but warren really helped me, he even showed me how to install it too and educated me on car parts as well. He has an amazing customer service skills.

    Autozone, let me down on a return of a park. Somebody pushed the wrong button. I couldn't get my return.I've been finding this for a year, and I call today to get a starter.I forgot all about this alternative that I returned and never got r reimburse fox fought, I call today, and I talked to a service person named eldon, he was so professional so much time he put into this incident that I don't even care if I get paid for the part because if he's professional in understanding. He is definitely a leader and should be recognized fully for the time that he put in to a customer. Thank you, Alvin, and thank you, Aaron. For recognizing this professional employee that you have
