  If you are a young woman looking for a TRUSTWORTHY AUTOMOTIVE: THIS IS NOT ONE. I brought my car down for a simple wheel alignment after my local mechanic had mounted and balanced new wheels. During the appointment, I got a phone call from Sullivan Tire where they told me that they had my car up and the break pads were worn down and the struts were very corroded and possibly leaking. They informed me they could get it all fixed right now with my consent. I changed the break pads myself last year and my father replaced the struts two years ago so I informed them I would not like that work done yet but am very interested to hear about it when I pick it up. When I picked it up they wrote me a $3,000 estimate for this work they had recommended and stressed that I should get it done soon, due to its importance, and at their place of work so I would not need to pay again for a new alignment. I had my father and local mechanic look at it and found nothing wrong. My father and I brought it back down to ask for the alignment before and after photos. They were very kind about the photos and gave us the before and offered to make a new appointment as they did not get after photos for us. We made the appointment and asked about the estimate. At this point, they seemed to go back on what they said as if they could not remember and said it could have simply been a mileage recommendation (mind you this was within four days time and we were speaking to the exact mechanic I picked up from). My father brought it down and picked it up from the new appointment and they admitted that the struts and break pads were in fine condition and that it was probably simply a mileage recommendation. This was extremely disappointed to me as it was very clear THEY WERE TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME. When I was by myself they pressed very hard for me to have this work done that they later admitted did not need to be done. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST SULLIVAN TIRE.

  These guys were awesome! I asked to wait and get in and out within an hour for my lunch break and they delivered. They repaired my flat tire and remounted it and removed my spare tire and put it back where it belonged in less than an hour. I had the peace of mind package and was glad I did, everything was covered. Highly recommend!

  They helped me out with a new tire the same as I had after mine had a bubble in the side wall. They did so in just a couple of hours (including getting the tire from off site) and very kindly. Couldn't recommend this Sullivan Tire location more.

  Matt is truly the best mechanic around. He is honest, takes pride in his work and I would trust him with my car ?? no questions asked. He does great work and I have never met another mechanic who truly takes the time to make sure the customer understands exactly what is wrong and how exactly he plans to fix it.
