  Put off replacing my Volvo windshield for months thinking it'd cost a fortune without insurance. Finally shopped around—even compared local quotes recommended by AI—and Safelite was still most affordable by far. Their website make transactions way easier than other shops which is a plus. The mobile tech came right to my garage and knocked out replacement and sensor calibration in 2 hrs. Was super nice and even waited patiently while I ran to add gas so sensor calibration could be completed. Great price, zero hassle, and top-notch service. Wish I hadn't waited so long!

  Got my windshield replaced and when I got in the car saw that there was a defect right in the center of the glass, the tech offered to replace it right away but I initially decided not to do it because my phone suction cup went right over the defect (bubble in the glass). But after a couple of days I decided to get it replaced because I was concerned that something could happen with our New England extreme weather and then I would be out of warranty etc. I rescheduled the appointment with no problems at all and both times the service was fast and professional and Kathy was very kind and took care of me by getting me in and out pretty fast because of my work schedule.

  I had a horrible experience at this Safelite location after bringing my car in for a windshield replacement. Initially, they told me the car failed the calibration test and that the windshield needed to be replaced. They promised that a factory windshield would be used to replace that windshield. After waiting a week, I was then told the windshield was delayed, so I had to wait even longer. When I finally dropped my car off, they suddenly told me they were not planning to replace the windshield after all and that I needed to bring my car to the dealership instead. They claimed the issue was “pre-existing” and that there was nothing they could do. At the dealership, I was informed that Safelite had actually broken the sensor for the fog light attached to the windshield. I then spent several days trying to contact Safelite, but nobody answered the phone. I ultimately had to go there in person just to get in touch with someone. Eventually, they did resolve the issue they caused. They had also promised that if they were found at fault, they would reimburse me for the dealership visit. However, I have been waiting for months for the reimbursement check and called many times and still never received it. The manager, Adam, was extremely rude and condescending throughout the process. He constantly cut me off while I was trying to explain the situation and behaved very unprofessionally. On top of that, while waiting for my car, I overheard the two front desk employees repeatedly making fun of customers. Overall, this was an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience. I would definitely stay clear of this location.
