I’m very satisfied with the service and assistance that I received on Mavis Tire today, they took care of my vehicle, explained clearly other parts needed found during my tire replacement process and provided a quick solution to get those ordered and delivered while I was there so I didn’t have to come back another day! Vania Paiva was very understanding over the phone and even more pleasant upon my late arrival. I highly recommend this place and I’m definitely will be back for further maintenance.

I purchased a set of new tires last week on the phone with Mavis and there was an instant rebate that significantly dropped the price so I placed the order. I was told all I needed was a $25 deposit and they would get the tires sent to the garage. The representative on the phone scheduled me for my install appointment for today (6/6). When I showed up this morning for my appointment, they quoted me much higher for my remaining balance and when I questioned them on it, they told me that the rebate was no longer applicable because it had "ended" earlier this week. I asked how could I have ordered the tires, been quoted at the rebate price and scheduled on their terms and NOW be told that the rebate was no longer applicable and they had no answer. The guy I spoke with today told me that it was the fault of whomever scheduled me. The rep today kept trying to negotiate the price down to a middle ground getting me to buy but I told him I was only getting the tires through them was if they honored the price they had quoted me at but he refused to do so. I eventually walked out after they gave me back my $25 deposit but I will never do business with them again after this.
