  I came to get air in tires as was reading low when it was a 50 plus degree morning and did not go back up. I was offered an inspection sticker as Phi Phi noticed it was due in September so I said ok. I was there from 5 pm appt until 7pm. I learned there was one person working. My sticker never done as come to find out lone person not certified. Then told I needed new tires as they were cracking for over $1000 plus balance. I only have 25,000 miles, bought with 11,000. I went to my mechanic the next day, got inspection sticker and do not need tires til the winter of December 2027 at about approx 10,000 more miles. It took me 2 hours to get some air in tires. Totally unacceptable

  As always, the service team at Nissan Kelly of Woburn did a great job in assisting me with my car's maintenance needs. Jesus is always an excellent resource & always a person to rely on. He thoroughly explains the diagnosis and what needs to be done at the given point. Besides, that is the reason I take my Nissan to that particular dealership over any other Nissan dealership close to my area.

  I had a great experience leasing my new Nissan Rogue Platinum. The entire process was straightforward, transparent, and surprisingly stress-free. I was still nine months away from the end of my previous Rogue lease, and Shawn and Shack were able to work out a deal that made sense for me without any pressure. I ended up with exactly the car and mileage allowance I wanted at a payment I was very happy with. The whole experience felt honest, efficient, and professional. I would definitely recommend this dealership and would happily come back for my next Nissan.

  Another amazing experience! Jeriel was able to schedule my car for brake service the next day and made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. He also arranged a shuttle to drop me off at work and continued to provide excellent service throughout my visit. Tony was a fantastic shuttle driver as well. We had a wonderful conversation on the way to work, and he made the ride enjoyable and comfortable. I usually don’t like being a passenger because I tend to get car sick, but I felt completely fine during the ride! I really appreciate the outstanding customer service, communication, and care from the entire team. Jeriel and Tony went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful experience completely hassle-free. Thank you Jeriel and Tony.

  I bought my 2020 Nissan Rogue there and go back twice a year for routine scheduled maintenance. Absolutely worth it to pay a little more for quality work. I was there few days ago,made online appointment for Oil change/filter and tire rotation and new wipers for winter and I was checked in and work done in less than an hour.I also appreciate they never try to sell me a newer vehicle and have never tried to upsell me service I don't need at the moment. Kelly service is definitely worth it for me to continue to trust with my service needs.
