  ZACH at the Wilmington location was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL! I had an absolutely fantastic experience! Despite the location unexpectedly closing and challenges getting vehicles from other locations, He went above and beyond to help me when they didn’t have the car I originally reserved. Instead of just leaving me with limited options, he took the time to find me an even BETTER vehicle and was even able to offer me a discount for the inconvenience! I was going on a long drive out of state to bring my daughter to a concert and originally booked an SUV, but Zach found me a great Sedan with a large trunk space to fit the luggage I needed to bring! Zach's customer service, professionalism, problem-solving and willingness to genuinely help made SUCH a difference. He turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a great experience. It’s rare to come across someone who actually takes the extra step to make sure a customer is taken care of! Enterprise is lucky to have such a fantastic employee like Zach! He is truly an asset to the company. I greatly appreciate everything he did and would absolutely recommend him & the Enterprise in Wilmington to anyone renting a car!

  The BEST place to rent a car from ever!! Had an excellent experience and received a car last minute (as Hertz had confirmed my rental then when I showed up to pick it up they had NO cars available) so I quickly went here! Excellent customer service here!! I highly recommend this location for any rental car needs!! Save yourself the headache and stress and avoid Hertz at all costs, just come here instead!!

  The staff in Wilmington were helpful and pleasant and the process of picking up and dropping off was very smooth and quick. If I ever need to rent again I will definitely be back!!
