  Great experience and customer service from Aaron. Picked car up and he was able to turn a car around quickly, clean it and get me on my way. Answered all my questions and made the checkout process effect, simple and painless. Chevy Equinox drove great! Thank you!

  I rented a car through insurance so it’s at my surprise to be continued to receive a bill for additional time that I did not use. When I first noticed this, I went down to the office as they did take the money out of my account, they gave me a refund. Thinking this was all over I still have been receiving bills that I owe this money, checking my account to see that the refund that was given to me was taken out of my account again. This is so frustrating and Joe Who Is the one who gave me the refund? Remember the refund but still wants a copy of the receipt But also saying that there’s nothing that they can do because there was no cameras that we’re working and their hands are pretty much tied. So I was charged for using the car when I did not was refunded and then the refund was taken out and I’m still being charged and been receiving Multiple bills for me to pay this. So unprofessional. Due to all of this, I am not able to rent from enterprise again until this money is paid for which is not fair because I returned the car when I was supposed to there was no other contract that was signed, but enterprise is holding me responsible for a payment.

  Easiest Rental Experience I’ve Had I had a great experience with Enterprise in Whitman during my recent car repair. They made the entire process incredibly convenient and stress-free. They went above and beyond by picking me up directly from the auto body shop and bringing me to the Enterprise location, which made things so much easier. Even better, when my car was ready, I was able to leave the rental at the auto body shop, and Enterprise handled pickup from there. The staff was friendly and professional, and they made everything seamless from start to finish. I really appreciated how easy they made the whole experience. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing a rental!

  Has charged me randomly for 6.79 despite having refunded it once and then said they were going to refund it again. Have been unable to clarify each time what the 6.79 charge is suppose to be for, seemingly just trying to steal my money
