  Yesterday the tow truck dropped me and my son off at Sullivan tire (462 Washington st location) after getting a flat tire on route 3. Rob was beyond helpful. He ordered the tire that we needed and got us a Lyft so we could get home safely. While I could have brought the car somewhere much closer to home, he made it so easy to have them fix it. After a scary experience on route 3, I am grateful that we ended up at Sullivan tire.

  I had an old car (2011) that began to smell like gasoline. I brought it in and they said it needed a new fuel pump and new tires. The car had over 200k miles on it so it was near the end of its run. I wouldn’t have put the work into the car but they assured me that the car was in good shape, so I trusted them and went ahead with the work. Shortly after it needed a new battery. Again it was an older car so I understand that’s normal wear and tear, so I got the new battery thinking everything was okay. A day after the battery was installed, I noticed a knocking noise when I moved the steering wheel. This time, I brought the car into the dealership and they showed me a video of holes in the undercarriage near the axels that would require a lot of work, more than what the car was worth. How did this go unnoticed on the several visits I brought the car in? I ended up trading the car in but only after I spent probably close to three grand at Sullivan only to give the car away within two months of all the repairs they did - money I could have used for a down payment towards a new car. The people at Sullivan are polite and kind, but I will never bring a car to any of their locations again.

  I visited this location around midday on Saturday hoping to replace a damaged tire. The shop was understandably busy but Steve was very reassuring, honest and helpful. I ended up needing 4 new tires and an alignment which Steve was graciously able to get down to a very reasonable price. The service and overall experience was superb. Libby who was also present was very helpful and kind. Thanks guys! What a great experience 🌟

  I had a slit in one of my tires and thought I’d need a full new set as I have all wheel drive. I dropped my car off expecting to pay over 1k and the tech called to tell me that my other tires were in good shape with enough tread that it would be fine to keep them if I preferred. I highly appreciated the quick communication and honest assessment to save me money!
