  I reserved a premium vehicle with Enterprise in Weymouth from 7/31 to 8/9. On the morning of 7/31, they called to confirm the car would be ready by 10:00 AM. I arrived after 10:00 AM and saw a Wagoneer in the lot, which needed a tire issue fixed. After waiting 45 minutes to an hour, a family of four walked in, was served ahead of me, and was given the Wagoneer. A management trainee, Patrick Nee, then tried to push me into a 7-passenger vehicle. I repeatedly explained that I needed an 8-passenger vehicle for my family size. When I asked to speak with the store manager, Sam Moore, an employee dismissed me by saying he was "too busy." Manager Sam Moore never once checked on me and actively avoided eye contact the entire time. Over three hours later, they finally gave me a minivan. They told me that a minivan costed more than a premium. It wasn't what I paid for or reserved, and it was too small to comfortably fit my kids for a long trip. Having a confirmed reservation meant nothing. My trip was severely delayed, my kids and I were left thoroughly upset, and the unfair treatment was completely unacceptable. Johane F

  My experience with Enterprise has been exceptional from start to finish. The staff is always welcoming, professional, and makes the entire rental process quick and stress-free. They take the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure I have the right vehicle for my needs. Returning the car is always just as easy. I have AAA and could receive rental discounts through other companies, but I continue choosing Enterprise because the customer service is consistently outstanding. The professionalism, kindness, and genuine care I receive every time are what keep me coming back. In today’s world, great customer service is hard to find, and Enterprise has earned my loyalty because of the way they treat their customers. Thank you for always making my experience such a positive one. I will definitely continue renting with Enterprise and highly recommend them to others.
