  A big bolt got into my tire (not exactly a flat tire but the pressure came down). Another store(a famous more reviewed with higher rating store) tried to upsell saying it’s bigger patch and may need new tire which they can only get after 3 days. Stopped by the Sullivan store, they understood the emergency, made an appointment within 1 hour and fixed it 20 minutes before the mentioned time. Jason was very friendly from the beginning till end. Understood the assignment and provided the fix so quickly.

  I will highly recommend Sullivan Tire Westford to anyone! The staff here are top notch. They took the time to review ALL my options instead of pressuring me into purchasing brand new tires right away. In the end it was the careful explanation and consideration for my drive type, budget, and my options that led to my final decision. The price point was fabulous (4 new tires, tire protection and a much needed alignment)! Can’t say enough good things about the group here at Sullivan! Thank you all for still valuing customer service!

  They go the extra mile! I got 4 new tires and Jason did a great job at answering my questions and explaining in depth and with expertise throughout the whole process. When I arrived I felt welcomed and in good hands with everything clearly explained to me (I’m not the biggest car person haha). I 100% recommend Sullivans Tire in Westford and will be a returning customer.

  Great experience. Everyone was kind, respectful, and answered all our questions. Our car was done quickly and they called to let us know it was ready to pick up. We always feel that our car is well cared for and done right. And they let you know if they see anything that is a problem or might need service in the future. We would definitely recommend Sullivan Tire for car service. They are very knowledgeable and communicate well.
