  They go the extra mile! I got 4 new tires and Jason did a great job at answering my questions and explaining in depth and with expertise throughout the whole process. When I arrived I felt welcomed and in good hands with everything clearly explained to me (I’m not the biggest car person haha). I 100% recommend Sullivans Tire in Westford and will be a returning customer.

  Great experience. Everyone was kind, respectful, and answered all our questions. Our car was done quickly and they called to let us know it was ready to pick up. We always feel that our car is well cared for and done right. And they let you know if they see anything that is a problem or might need service in the future. We would definitely recommend Sullivan Tire for car service. They are very knowledgeable and communicate well.

  I appreciated the easy online appointment scheduling and tire ordering (4 new tires). I also appreciated the follow-up email from Sullivan and the reminder to doublecheck that the size of the tires I ordered matched what was on the sticker inside my front car door. When I arrived at the Westford location, the front desk person was knowledgeable and friendly. I dropped my car off and it was ready about 2 hours later. I was happy at the discounted price (tire sale) and the service itself. Thanks!

  This reminds me of the Seinfeld episode about the meaning of the word reservation. While funny to watch on TV, incredibly frustrating in real life. If a person schedules an appointment for 8 am, one might reasonably assume they will work on your car sometime in the morning. HA! Called just before 2:00 to see if our car is ready only to find out that our car is next in line. Totally wanted to waste money on an Uber back home early this morning to then not have a car for basically the entire day when we could have dropped it off later (when both of us were available and could provide a free ride home) and also had the ability to use the car all morning etc. Only went to this location based on convenience (the irony is not lost on me) but will be driving to Nashua in the future as they are always professional and do a great job the first time (we’ve had past issues in Westford). Lesson learned!
