  That was the quickest oil change I’ve ever had! The manager and staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. From the moment I arrived to the time I left, I spent only about 20 minutes total. The service was fast and hassle-free. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and a smooth experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Why doesn’t this location have any ac?? 95 degrees you have to shut off the car, to get the oil change Great workers fast service! but the heat inside the bay is unbearable especially having a child in the back.

  I have never used anyone but Valvoline for an oil change. This was the 2nd time I visited the Westfield, MA location and it was the worst experience you could possibly have. It started off with AJ (who I was later told was the manager) saunter over, scan my vehicle in which was at 10:55. He said he would have me out of there in 15 minutes. He then proceeded to go thru the checklist marking everything was good such as wipers, tire pressure, lights, etc without even checking them. So I asked him if he could put air in my tire because my light just came on. He looked at me and said that is the most we are going to be able to do. I said OK I just need air. He just looked miserable and unhappy. Then he disappeared. My oil change was done in roughly 15 minutes. Juan showed me my oil was good and there we waited. At 11:25 I asked what the issue was and he told me that AJ was the only one who could cash people out. That was real nice since I saw him showing the woman in the car next to me a YouTube video. Juan even told him 3 times to cash bay 3 out but AJ just didn't care. He went at his slow speed, yapping with the woman next to me. Needless to say I wasn't happy. I honked to move it along and still nothing. I sat there until 11:33 when he finally decided to cash me out. I said it was ridiculous how he acted and he told me he was obligated to show her how to reset her notifications. I said if it took that long you must not be a very good mechanic and he responded with he isn't a mechanic but a bay clerk. Yea sure - funny since Juan told me he was the manager. I also said thank you for not giving me any air in my tire and his response was "oh well". Juan gave me the owner's name and I intend to reach out but if this is how the manager acts, he should definitely be demoted if not fired. Why do you want somebody who is so miserable and who doesn't care about your customers to be working for you. He doesn't take pride in his work and he is lying to people telling them their vehicles are OK when really they aren't. I have a receipt right here saying my tire pressure on both sides was checked and have a pressure of 35 yet my light is on! The rudeness of this 1 individual has encouraged me not to visit this location every again and stick with the Windsor Locks location that I typically use.
