  I recently went to have my windshield replaced, and unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with the quality of the work. During the replacement, they damaged the camera that was mounted to the windshield. Instead of informing me about the damage, they put it back in place as if nothing had happened. I only discovered the issue afterward. Even more concerning, while I was driving on the highway, both windshield wipers crossed over each other. One of them broke and flew off the highway. It appears that the nuts securing the wipers were not properly tightened after the windshield replacement. The customer service was professional, but the workmanship itself was very concerning. To me, this feels like the job was rushed to get the numbers done rather than making sure everything was properly inspected and safe before returning the vehicle to me. This could have caused a serious accident, and I expect this matter to be taken seriously and properly addressed.

  Wayne was great! Clear communication and he was able to squeeze the replacement in between rain drops on wicked stormy day! Easy to schedule and my son’s truck is ready to roll. Thanks Wayne and Safeliite!

  Such an amazing experience. The woman answering the phone was very knowledgeable and courteous in setting my appointment. She was more than willing to work with me. The manager was excellent on duty. The technicians were very courteous and professional

  Easy to schedule appointment and change it. Work was done in the timeframe quoted and there were no issues with the installation. Overall, a very positive experience.
