  I went through my insurance to replace a cracked windshield. They recommended Safelite and I am very glad they did. Safelite was able to come to my home and replace the windshield right in my driveway. It was so convenient! The technician, Felix, was very professional and personable. He explained what the job entailed and how long it would take. I was extremely satisfied with his workmanship and would absolutely use Safelite in the future if the need arises.

  I arrived on Sept, 10th at 8:00 AM and some people were signed up to stay all day bc they didn’t have appointments . Thank gosh I did bc I was out of there at 9:30. The lady who greeted me at the front desk was so cheerful at 8AM, I couldn’t help but wake up and join her. She was funny. The techs were cool, the coffee was good. Easy to book, well worth it and they even put my inspection sticker back on. Highly recommend.

  I called West Springfield, MA. Safelite with a stone chip in my windshield. They were in my driveway within a few hours to repair it while I slept! This was simply the best and quickest service I’ve gotten anywhere in a very long time. It was truly effortless on my part. The technician did a great job and cleaned the windshield when he was done. Excellent experience!
