- JEJuanita Estrada4 days ago3.0My car's brakes were making noise after sitting for 10 days outside at the airport. I went to Monro because of their brakes for life program. I previously had brakes replaced twice at Monro. The manager said that the program no longer exists. Really!!?? The manager was helpful and service was good. I am giving 3 stars to the company that changes policies and no longer has reasonably priced oil changes.

If you want good customer service and a store that actually keeps to their appointments, skip the Enfield location and come here.

Took my car right in, gave frequent and thorough updates, and sent me on my way within 20 minutes! Everything sounds and feels great now! I very much appreciated their willingness to fit me in last minute.

Ben was the manager of the Wilbraham store till they closed it. Have taken my cars there for years and have complete trust and faith in his diagnosis and repairs of motor vehicles.
