  Had an appointment but they had only one car available upon arrival. It was reeking of smoke smell. I had to travel with family and the long drive was uncomfortable due to the smell. I was also given the only option to return at another site 20 miles away. I went their to return and they said it was fine to return on pick site so I drive back to pick up site (as I had left my car in their parking lot). Too much hassle without any consideration to customer inconvenience.

  This enterprise needs new management because they are awful! Always over booked never can guarantee you a rental so if you reserve it online and you have a job, business, or vacation I would suggest reserving it with another enterprise location that will accommodate you. These guys are absolutely horrible!

  Stay away from this location..!!! They will call you at a last moment and tell you they have to cancel your reservation because they dont have the car avalable.

  Worst place to work with, either you satay away from this place or will get a call day before your reservation to say that they don’t have the car reserved.!!!

  The customer service from everyone, especially Nick, was superb. I got a flat tire on my rental, and Enterprise allowed me to swap vehicles immediately. They even upgraded me to a practically brand-new vehicle. The entire process was quick, easy, and hassle-free. I highly recommend using this Enterprise location over the Riverdale location—the service was outstanding from start to finish.
