  I would genuinely like to thank a gentleman name Matt or Matthew who is a manager there as well as other ladies and gentlemen for a service that is nonpareil. One can easily ascertain that these ladies and gentlemen work extremely hard to prove that one should do business with Enterprise. I am very thankful for the dedication, intelligence, and humor of these ladies and gentlemen at this location.

  The staff is very polite. There’s no doubt about it. However, their vehicles are horrible. They stink of marijuana. It is such a disgusting smell. It’s not even funny, especially for people who are non-smokers. They need to do a better job in cleaning these vehicles after getting them back in. They need to bomb them for at least a week before renting them out to somebody else. I looked at 4-5 different rentals and every single one of them stunk of marijuana. I couldn’t rent from here. I left. I went over to Hertz. Much better the rentals did not have the heavy order of marijuana in it and they do take pride into cleaning them thoroughly and sterilizing them. I’m sure Enterprise has a lot of cars that go in and out, but still they should do a better job and making sure that these cars before they even rent them out to somebody else does not have the stench of marijuana if you get pulled over by the police, there’s no way you’re getting out. I’m not getting a ticket and you’re not even the one who’s smoking it’s the car itself because the air filters are corroded with the horrific stench of marijuana. To the renters who do smoke in these cars you should be fined $1000 And to make sure that that car/suv/truck goes into a full service of getting it completely bombed out for at least 2 to 3 days and releasing that smell or changing the air filter completely.

  Memorial drive west Springfield MA enterprise. Mathew the manager went above and beyond to get me in a car two seperate times!! He made my stressful situation so much easier! I can't thank him enough. 💛💛💛

  Set up a rental for large suv Confirmed and checked in on multiple emails Show up and they dont have the size we need Poorly run store Clearly dont communicate well Highly recommend somewhere else
