  Honestly, I used to love renting from Enterprise but lately they have been the worst rental company. Every time I chose a car they never have it and make me leave the lot with whatever car they want, not to mention how crashed they were. And lastly they called me a DAY BEFORE my daughter’s prom to tell me they couldn’t help me with my rental—AFTER YEARS OF RENTING WITH THEM. Personally, I will never rent from them again.

  Enterprise is very good, my only complaint is communication. The automated service is inefficient. I need to talk to a representative and the questions they ask won’t apply to my situation. They need to work on improving that !!

  Enterprise is an easy, affordable, friendly rental agency. The process for drop off and pick up was very efficient. I would definitely use them again!

  I want to take a moment to recognize the amazing customer service I received from the Enterprise Car Rental team in West Springfield, MA. First, Mr. Gabriel picked me up right on time. He was patient, respectful, communicative, and welcoming from the very beginning. He definitely has that positive “morning person” energy that instantly makes the experience better. His treatment toward customers felt genuinely kind and professional. Mr. Eddie also deserves recognition. He told me he was going to match me with a car that fit me well, and he absolutely delivered at pickup. He was attentive, polite on every call, and incredibly patient with all of my questions. He made the entire process feel smooth, easy, and stress-free. His professionalism and customer service skills truly stood out. And Ben, who handled my pickup process, was equally amazing. He explained everything clearly, went over every detail thoroughly, and answered every single question with patience and kindness. Very respectful, communicative, and personable. Honestly, he’s “dangerous” in the best way because his customer service is so good he could probably sell me anything! He has a great way of making customers feel comfortable, valued, and taken care of. Overall, the entire office team was kind, helpful, attentive, and truly service oriented. It’s rare to find a team that consistently delivers such a positive experience from beginning to end. Thank you all again for the excellent customer service and professionalism. I will absolutely recommend this location to my family, friends, and anyone in need of a rental, and I’ll definitely be returning here the next time I need a car rental as well. Thank you guys! ✨️

  We had a GREAT experience renting from Enterprise. The staff was absolutely wonderful! They answered all our questions and explained everything in detail. Alex and Matt get five stars for customer service!! The car we got was impeccably clean and it drove like a dream! We highly recommend Enterprise and their location representatives!
