  I wish I could give negative stars but I can’t. So, we rented a car months in advance and the morning of our trip we went to pick up our car and was informed they didn’t have a car for me. Whoever was supposed to return the car didn’t. Last time I checked your business is to rent cars? We were left scrambling. Completely unacceptable. I called corporate (if they even have one) and they told me they would resolve this issue for me. Glad I didn’t wait around for that because I never received any call. Please look at the other reviews. There are several that also say the same and the company instructs you to go onto a website, but as stated prior no one will help you anyway

  There amazing and super helpful and cheap at that to the people who work there to are super friendly and and get things done recommended for anyone who wants to get a nice rental❤️

  Completely unprofessional and borderline disrespectful experience at this Enterprise location. We are currently dealing with an insurance-covered rental claim and one day into the rental we woke up to a flat tire. When we called this location for help they were absolutely no help whatsoever and literally asked us “what do you expect us to do?” Since then we’ve had charges hitting our card in real time that were never authorized. Ralph at this location offered no real assistance no follow-up and no concern whatsoever for a woman who is 7 months pregnant trying to safely get to doctor appointments with two small children while still being forced to drive on a temporary donut tire. As of the time of this review there has still been no meaningful response or concern from this location. The complete lack of professionalism customer care and urgency is absolutely unacceptable. This experience has made it feel like Enterprise simply does not care about its customers at this location

  GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. These guys are always so helpful, understanding, and to the point. They get you in and out with just what you need! Highly recommend! They’re my favorite spot to go to when I’m in need of a local rental.
