Well, I have now rented 3 different occasions and my experience has been nothing but friendly, courteous, and professional personnel. They inform you, tell you options without making you feel like you have to get. Cars have always been clean, ready, and what I was looking for. So far I have had good rental service here at Riverdale.

They told us they don’t even offer the car we booked. They never have. They continued to offer no help when finding us find a solution. The level of incompetence at this place is unbelievable. I guess it’s just up to chance whether they have the car you book online, so be careful. I wouldn’t recommend anyone ever booking here.
