  Couldn't have had a worse experience. Booked a rental a month in advance and when we showed up, they told me they didn’t have a car for us. They told us they don’t even offer the car we booked. They never have. They continued to offer no help when finding us find a solution. The level of incompetence at this place is unbelievable. I guess it’s just up to chance whether they have the car you book online, so be careful. I wouldn’t recommend anyone ever booking here.

  Terrible service, been here twice and they don’t have cars ready. They don’t call and tell you that they don’t have anything ready. Total disregard of my time and complete ignorance.

  This location is amazing the place I rented from and another location close by this one gets zero stars. The location i rented from in fitchburg ma gave me an unsafe vehicle which the tire blew out on the highway and had trash in it from previous rental..roadside sent me to a location they didnt want to seem to deal with the issue so I got sent elsewhere. I showed up to this location and the manager took care of me right away the vehicle he gave me was very clean and safe I forgot his name but I wish I could remember to give him an amazing review. His staff was great aswell doing their absolute best to make a completely packed lobby as happy as they could be I cant recommend this location enough

  5/28/2026, we came down from Florida to visit our son, but our son got called in for work at FedEx cause they were short on driver's. We call the Enterprise on Boston road and explain our situation and they we need to be picked up, the person response was I don't have cars available till tomorrow I felt that he just did not want to do the pickup person service. Then I call this Enterprise in Riverdale and the person who answered which I forgot his name after hearing my situation he answered no problem we'll take care of you, he had a driver pick my wife and I up, drove back to the Riverdale location did the paperwork while we are still in the car, I'm thinking now we get off to get a car the driver which I also forgot his name said you are all set. Let me say between the person who answered the phone and the driver excellent customer service. O I remember the driver and I where talking about Massachusetts Florida and San Diego I think he's from San Diego.
